Cleaning staff are really noisy since the morning. I asked for an additional hour to check out and had the do not disturb sign on the door…this didn’t stop cleaning staff from pestering me!

Receptionists were good on the first day. On the second there was a very rude woman who wanted to get everyone out from her table as soon as possible. Also, the breakfast is not properly explained. I ended up going to the nearest cafe which seemed to be much cheaper than what's offered here.

Very high quality facilities. Outstanding location. Super clean and comfortable. Though I should mention that I've got a room for much cheaper compared to an average price as a same-day booking.

The bed was amazing and so comfortable with just the right amount of firmness and softness! The vanity mirror lights were cool. Room deco was modern. The time showed on the mirror ! The maid service was well done . The size of the room was a bit tight. Only about a foot to 18 in on either side of the bed. Tight! The shower was in the open entry area. And it was not possible to bend and scrub your legs or wash your back without banging an elbow! It was too small . I’m 5’9 and size 12. There wasn’t another option , no tub. But other than that it was lovely.

The location was great, centrally located. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go. The staff were exceptional! Always quick to offer assistance and a quick genuine smile. All shifts were just as friendly and courteous.

Only 2 elevators, and one was not working. As handicapped I cannot maintain standing long. The wait for the elevator was always long, even more so during check out times.

Room comfort. I am handicapped. The bathroom is fully prepared for guests like me. The bed was super comfortable. Loved the control operated curtains and shades.

Only one elevator was working during our stay (or so it seemed). That made “rush times” a little inconvenient.

We had a corner room that was very small, hard to get around in room.

Valet was excellent, my husband was hurt and ended up in a wheel chair, they were so helpful putting the chair in and out of car.

There wasn't a light over the coffee station, making it hard to use. No towel racks in the bathroom except for 1 hook. The shower stall was small.

The resort fee was exorbitant. Food overpriced. One of the elevators was out of order. On several occasions I had to go down seven flights of stairs as our room was on the 7th floor. On the day we were leaving -at 05.00 in the morning- the elevator was stuck on the 7th floor. It was more than inconvenient. At the very least part if my money for accommodation should be refunded

The location was ideal. The staff were attentive and obliging. Any questions were answered. Most of the tourist areas were easily accessible.

THe hotel was rather expensive - base rate of $385 with an additional service fees of $92.32 (state and city occupancy destination fee, tourism fee ) ballooned to $476.65 - (

LOCATION was amazing.. access to all the downtown highlights - the North End as well as T to come in from the Airport as well as access to other destinations

Not the hotel's fault, but even though there is a cozy atmosphere all over inside, there is construction in a building accross the street and they seem to work at night, so rather quiet during the day but can be very loud in the evening until midnight. One night was on and off but the second night was extremely loud from 10pm to midnight (sounded like concrete cutting).

The staff is welcoming and helpful. There is a nice lobby with a coffee shop. The room is not too big but comfortable, very similar than showed in pictures. I always find it practical to have a restaurant in the hotel because it can be difficult to find breakfast places around the hotel. Just like in any big cities, a little pricey but we still enjoyed it. Well located, we left the car in a parking for three days and visited the city by foot easily.

Excellent location for access to Boston's historical sites including the Freedom Trail. And it is very close to Boston's subway trains which allowed us to travel to many different locations such as Cambridge and MIT. There is an attached cafe/restaurant in the hotel's lobby that served breakfast and dinner - the food was very good and the prices were reasonable. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.
