o I did not like paying for self-parking; we parked outside L1 (not in the garage) and still had to pay $13 per day. o I did not like the food; when "the burger" arrived, you could immediately tell this was reminiscent of a Flanders frozen beef patty (think the orange boxes of patties from Walmart or Dollar General you have at a neighborhood BBQ) covered in seasoning salt. I was expecting more based on the price. My wife's chicken screamed US FOODS or Sysco Foods frozen chicken. It was like getting chicken tenders and burgers from a local fair. It's totally not worth the $89 tab (did Include beer and mixed drinks). o The bar was out of almost all types of beer, with three choices on draft. o Checkout is at 1200 EST and a cleaning female tried entering our room at 0900, which made me wonder if cleaning services and the hotels management are even tracking when guests check in and check out.

o The breakfast was great and the serving area and sitting areas were large. o The rooms were nice, especially the lunches with island and walk-in shower and bathroom. o The location is pretty easy to get to within Atlanta. o The bar was a nice touch; the drinks were good. o Didn't visit the pool or gym up close and personal, but they seemed nice when i walked by them.

The lights were weirdly placed. Room area was noisy despite asking for a quiet room. Light from sign outside beamed into room and impacted my sleep.

The fact we didn't get complimentary waters and not finding my daughter's headphone beats we knew we left at the hotel in the room we had... I'm pretty sure the person who cleaned the room took them but didn't turn them in... Very disappointing ...

The customer service was pretty nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable, cozy, ... The digital elevators were very amusing... Despite my daughter leaving her Earphone Beats in the room, and coming back to find out they weren't there, everything else was rather nice ...

Having to pay for parking was a little unattractive. The pillow on the couch had some sort of stain on it. The door to the bathroom was off track.

My room was given away, even though I spoke with the staff to try to do an early check in. They stated they would contact me by phone when the room was ready. I was never contacted so I came back at regular check in time and my room was given away, the had to find me another room and because the room was not cleaned and ready I had to come back to check in. It was an inconvenience

It would have been more convenient for the toilet and shower to be in their own room and the sink area separate when we were all trying to get ready at the same time.

Room was so spacious and wonderful for our group of three friends. We felt at ease and really enjoyed our time relaxing. The breakfast was excellent and well staffed. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Parking at night was a little rough, having to go across the street to park. If I had been by myself, I dont know if I would have been comfortable walking alone. The area is well lit, though. The bathroom door in our room never fully shut.

Parking costs $13 daily first come first served, not reserved, and three different garages. I went downstairs to order dinner one night at the "H Bar", and to my surprise, no one was working there behind the counter, or otherwise. I waited for several minutes and eventually left because I was hungry and ended up having to go out and get something to eat. The hours of operation indicated they were open at that time.

Modern sleek guest room, comfy King bed, and white quartz countertop in the kitchen. The room was very clean and spacious. The sectional sofa was extremely comfortable, and I liked the bar stool and office chair to get work done. Great variety of food at breakfast. Great location close to stores, and restaurants.

All areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean. Staff including cleaners, cooks, service personnel etc, were respectful, helpful and freindly. The rooms were nice with good facilities I.e. air con/heating, toiletries and towels. Breakfast was amazing! Offering different choices of food each day and the large portion sizes keep you filled untill your next meal, very cost-effective for guest.The gym equipment is top range, the outdoor swimming pool and gym areas are clean and care is taken to maintain high standards daily. I loved the experience here. A lovely hotel! I would definitely stay there again.
