Can't remember his name but when we first arrived he was still on vacation I believe and I had already begun to build a great relationship with all of the staff, on all shifts including the General Manager who went out of his way to be very accommodating and patient with me when I was having some banking transfer issues. The manager from the property next door was very rude brash and not very accommodating to my situation considering that I had been there tover a week or so.

Breakfast,, the rooms were great with a full kitchen and the bathroom was absolutely amazing. Overall the staff was perfect... Very helpful, great attitude and accommodating.

There seemed to be an infestation of ants recently. Said they got it taken care of but the ants came back. I’ve stayed at this location before and during experience this problem. Who knows the cause but hopefully they get a great company that can solve the issue.

Toilet seat and inside shower door handle loose. Very minor as both were usable . We checked in late at 7pm .my doctor's appointment was at 3pm the next day . I asked for a 2pm late check out. The friendly receptionist said sure name your time. The next day during checkout there was a $10 surcharge . The motel was not busy at all. The charge was not a problem as it allowed us a place to stay before an annual doctor's appointment. We just wish that we had been advised when the extension was requested, of the additional charge. This did not alter my opinion of this location and staff being of an excellent ratings .

We travel a lot and have been disappointed with hotels advertised as a 4 or 5 star and find out they are a 2 or 3 star at best.This motel and staff does not disappoint. Excellent comfort rating . Excellent cleanliness. Good price . We will book Hyatt House going forward and hope they all have the same standards and conditions as this one in the Naperville / Warren Illinois area. Bobby J

Could wait until I left completely from my room. When I asked for them to wait to clean the room.. Don’t rush a customer out the door when you have spoke to the front desk about your stay.

The shower did leak onto the floor a bit, some of the breakfast was bland but overall it was a positive experience.

There were a lot of choices for breakfast. the pillows were very comfortable, the shower was good size. I liked that there was a larger couch for seating.

Upon check in, the front desk lady ramble off all the time of all the things we needed such as breakfast time, pool time, wifi info and such. Nothing was written down. I didn’t bother to ask thinking I can look at the information in the room as everywhere else. Well, there was no informational binder in the room. Having an informational binder would have been nice so we don’t have to keep asking the front desk. Breakfast was just OK. For the price, I would have expected better.

It was close to where we needed to be. The room is a nice size with a nice kitchen with a full fridge, stovetop and microwave which we really didn’t need but could be handy for a longer stay. It has a pool for the kids to play in.

The only downfall was the construction being done to the building, but I hardly blame the hotel for that. It was only a very minor inconvenience.

Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I can remember having. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and of great value.

Although there was a lot of selection at breakfast, the eggs (scrambled, mini quiche and mini omelette on different days) were not good at all. The coffee was normally hot but both tea and coffee were Luke warm on day 3 and it took some time for breakfast items to be replenished some days. Also, the bed was a bit too soft.

Really nothing - OK the room was 77F when I checked in, too hot for my tastes... I had to turn the thermostat down.... bummer.

The rooms were bigger than some apartments I lived in. Kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, tons of space. Bed was wonderful and bathroom was fantastic. The price was really reasonable too. Definitely would stay here again! Breakfast was good, and the lobby area nice.

A high chair in dining area would be nice.

I liked the bedroom with closed door but I didn't want to wake up family member to walk through to use the bathroom, so went to the lobby. I'm not sure if all rooms are like this.

the bedroom had no darken drapes so the light always shown in through the thin decorative drape at night. also the right burner on the stove didn’t work and the bathroom door was difficult to close.

the room was outdated, the couch was dingy looking , and the pull out bed was not great either I felt all the springs, the kitchen was pretty clean but the bathroom had peeling paint and a rusted shower head, also some of the outlets where dusty I’ve stayed in lots of hotels and this one had too many minors things, I probably wouldn’t book here again for the price I expected more.
