Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). Amazing location, walkable to most main attractions. Room layout offered comfort, amazing views and home like amenities. Pool access and breakfast facility were great bonuses. Hospitality, housekeeping and kitchen staff were incredibly helpful.

She shared with us a lot of tips about the city, and helped us to feel 'like a local'. Thank you Ana! Breakfast and location was just perfect! We stayed for a week, and every morning the breakfast was full of alternatives. The room is perfect, not noises around, everything perfectly clean.

Breakfast was very good. Very well located, only 20 minutes walking from the French quarter. The swimming pool was also good. The staff was amazing, gave us a greater support when the airline lost my mother luggage.

United StatesI thought it was a bit odd that the lobby was on the 11th floor and was a bit crowded at times since there was only one elevator from the 1st to the 11th floor. We stayed on the 14th floor and there were plenty of elevators from the 11th to the other floors. The temp in the fridge was too cold and it was freezing our drinks and couldn't find a way to adjust it.
We had a great view of downtown and the room was nice and clean. The bed nice and comfy and we both rested well. The shower was really nice and we both like that. We usually slept in but one day we took advantage of the breakfast and it was great! We both ordered an omlet and it was really good. All the staff was super nice and very helpful.
