Didn't like to have to pay for parking, especially since you had to do it online, separate from the hotel bill. Unfortunately, I had to leave at 5am so I couldn't stay for breakfast which starts at 6:30 am.

Room size and amenities are great. Modern and well furnished rooms. Fruit in the lobby to munch on was nice, since I didn't have time for breakfast.

The light on the corridors was relatively dark.

The room was clean and the breakfast arrangement was excellent. The shuttle was a plan.

It was annoying to have to do a long, complicated separate payment for parking. I was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room.

I was really really upset about having to.pay for parking. Also the room staff broke my toilet seat some how and when I called down to have it fixed was told no maintenance on staff. I was offered to move but that was so much hassle.

Staff was nice, breakfast was very good but not enough seating room. In fact it was terrible seating availability.

Check in was unpleasant. Staff member tried to dispute that we didn't pay for parking because she's never seen a receipt look the way it did in my email. The fact that we had to even pay for parking after having paid for the hotel room. Mainly because we paid for 2 whole days but didn't even need the parking after 10am on Sunday.

Great price for the stay, amazing cleaning staff, and great breakfast. Nice location and close to places we needed to get to. Check out staff was great!

Room location and size. The bathroom and closet were entirely too small. Also, when the sofa bed is used it leaves no room to walk around and limits access to exit door.

Greeted by frindly staff, Rooms were clean, and had decent breakfast options.

I was only there less than twelve hours and the room was comfortable but the guy who checked me in, the morning desk person and the guy who drove us to the airport were all sort of cold and like they didn't want to be bothered. The free airport shuttle left late which almost made me miss my plane, and it was because the driver didn't know the vehicle since the regular shuttle was in the shop. Good that he wanted to be safe but seems like he could have gotten there ten minutes earlier to learn where the windshield wipers are rather than put me (and three others) at risk for missing flights.

The parking is terrible. We came in late night and struggled to find a spot. We had to wait for someone to leave.

The staff was very friendly, and the property was clean and quiet. The breakfast in the morning was amazing! So many choices and it was clean and the staff was awesome!

Shuttle did come to airport, no dinner possibility at hotel

Extraordinary good breakfast with real silverware, plates and glasses although most Americans unfortunately chose the plastic / styrofoam option. Sad.

Cheap pullout bed, hard springs worn out and uncomfortable

The beds appeared old and very soft, too soft. Nobody slept soundly as the beds were very uncomfortable. The pull out couch is so thin that you can feel every spring thru the little mattress.

The price was very affordable. The room set up is nice and roomy. Breakfast is included and was pretty good. Everyone was very friendly.

The parking absolutely sucked. We paid $30 to park and still had difficulty finding a spot. The carport at the entrance of the hotel was almost constantly blocked by vehicles who parked- as in turned off their vehicles and went in for 15 mins plus. No staff was monitoring it.

The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean, close to IKEA & Mall of America

The pool was closed and we were given no advance information, even upon checking in. We only noticed later a sign saying it was closed, and it was closed for the duration of our stay.

Good. Excellent location near the places we wanted to visit. Was clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly.
