I did not like the $26 parking fee.

Room was large and had a nice shower/toilet room with the vanity area within the main room. The room was very quiet and the doors did not slam loudly which is annoying in the early morning hours. The breakfast was good and had a reasonable selection of offerings. There is no restaurant or bar facility within the hotel. There are many places to eat and drink within walking distance.

Reception staff could perhaps have been a little warmer, but they were efficient. Breakfast could have a little more variety. Bottles of water in the room weren't free. The tap water is fine to drink though.

Parking was not free and charging almost tripled than nearby paid parking. You will get secured parking @$9 only for 24 hrs just 100 ft away from the hotel.

Check out is 11 but had cleaning lady knocking at my door at 9 am waking me up to see if she could clean the room.. I brought it up to management upon checking out. The manager told me it’s an acceptable policy to wake up guest because the cleaning staff isn’t sure if someone is in the room or not. He was smug about it as well. All I wanted was an apology and to hear that it was out of line to awaken a sleeping guest in this way. Contacted Hyatt and they didn’t care this policy is being used at their venue. Had a good trip up till then.

Staff at checking told us absolutely no early check-in, rooms were not ready. 30 mins later, when friends arrived, they were told $36 for early check-in (different staff), and strangely, our room was ready also! We paid, but not very friendly at front desk!

I wish there were vending machines on the floors. I would have loved to grab some bottled water or snacks without having to go to the lobby.

I loved the location! It was walking distance to some great restaurants and to PNC park if you want to take in a baseball game. I also loved that it had on-site parking. The room was also a great size.

The hotel tried to charge me twice. I had already paid online then they ask for a card to hold for any damages. They charged me $350 Good thing I noticed before checking out.

I didn't like the parking fee tacked on upon check-in. I understand they "need" to do it being in a city, I just wish it would be more transparent and less of a surprise. The beds were also minorly uncomfortable in my opinion. I also wish breakfast was served for a little longer on weekdays but other than that I had no complaints.

Definitely a nicer hotel. The staff was friendly. Rotating breakfast that had a good variety of options, from pancakes to breakfast tacos. Decent walking distance from most places - close to the baseball/football stadiums, across the street from the Museum of Illusions, a short walk to several restaurants/bars, and barely a 3-minute walk to Stage AE for concerts/events.

Not overly a big deal and more of just what it means with the layout of a handicap room but hard to watch the TV from the bed. I didn't see any options other than just room layout. Not an end of the world issue.

Great location along waterfront in downtown Pittsburgh, close to ballparks and city attractions. Free breakfast.
