We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe restaurant was not fully manned and the food took a very long time even for a salad. One of the days there was only one valet driver and there were a lot of folks staying at the hotel that were all there for PBR so the wait for my car was very long. I called for an extra blanket and they told me they would bring it to the room, but never did so I had to go down and remind them so they could get it for me.
Location is fairly convenient for my activities. Bed was very comfortable. Valet parking very convenient.

United StatesOur AC made a humming noise all night it was very annoying. The valet parking was reasonable and the staff was pleasant but they were short staffed when we checked out on Wednesday morning and we had to wait 45 minutes for our car.
We loved the location and the hotel was clean and beds were comfortable Breakfast was very good with lots of options.
