room cleaning only on order, it should be a standard for the price level. Carpet is very old and smells. Smell in the hotel (lifts and corridors is really not nice)

The only complaint I have is that there weren't many options for snacks or drinks. It was slim pickens for sure.

The only problem we had was how hot the room was, however we were able to change the temperature easily. The Front Desk lady that worked night shift was absolutely fantastic. I had gone down to get some snacks and she was so friendly. We also really enjoyed Nick and appreciated that there was a shuttle to the Civic Center for the concert. It took a huge load off not having to worry how we were going to get to the event.

They charged my debit card 196.74 plus the 50. 5 days after I left! The 196.76 shouldn’t have bin charged because I payed for the room through booking.com , the 50 for a deposit! I’m more concerned why now. 5 days after I left?

Television control and guide were not user-friendly.

The hotel was very nice...but the steakhouse restaurant inside the hotel had a very rude staff and attitudes. No reservation ....no food!

room looked like it was rushed to be cleaned there was stains everywhere even in the bed sheets like they was not washed an there was little kid hand prints on the glass in the kids room. red stains on the carpet an confetti on the carpet in the living room. I feel like the room didn’t really get cleaned at all.

I didn't pay for a breakfast, but from what I saw, it didn't look like much for what they charged. Also, the curtains did not block the views from the outside. Anyone could see in the room if the lights were on.

People above us running jumping until 1am..Internet in room didnt work had to call the support number on hotel card to have the internet turned on for our stay..I had to give the internet support person my namenand room number so he could turn the internet on for our stay? Weird. Plus 50 dollar fee should be refunded at check out.. not 3 days later

Wifi is trash. The shower was so strong on warm that it hurt spraying you. The restaurant staff were not attentive in the evening. You have to request a microwave. The vending machine didnt work on floor 2 . Staff couldn't help with vending machine issues. It was pricey for what was offered and the negatives. Staff were not at the desk a lot of the time and we had to wait for someone to come out.

The hotel staff were nice . The room had no bugs. It was quiet.

The staff was pleasant. The hotel was cozy and clean and quiet. They were not able accommodate our request for two beds. But immediately provided a roll-away bed. Aldi and some chain restaurants nearby. Easy and quick to get into downtown.

There was no room service which I understand every company is short staffed. My room wasn’t clean. I found past guest stuff in my room. The stairways lead outside however those doors are not secure. You can get in and out the hotel by going through the stairwell doors. So honestly it’s kind of pointless of having hotel keys if you can just walk in and the Staff never know your in the building. Friday night someone relieved themselves in the pool which caused stool to be left behind and I truly don’t believe the pool was cleaned properly after that happened. So I decided to not let my kids go swimming and we stayed here 3 days. My view stuck!!

Location was great. This hotel is conveniently located around everything. The hotel was very quiet during sleep hours. I truly enjoyed that. If you decide to eat at Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse make sure you visit Tim. Tim is a wonderful bartender with extraordinary skills. Also, Brian made sure he provided the best customer service he could at Guest Service at the Hotel front desk.
