Everything as great. If i had to make a complaint it would be that the AC is in a kinda weird location, but it cooled the room just fine.

The location can’t be beat! Steps from the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Yummy continental breakfast in the morning.

We loved everything about our stay from the front desk assistance to the room to the ideal location. We will definitely be back to enjoy more of the quaint downtown (in walking distance) and Venice beach (clean and not crowded). Loved our entire experience.

Had issue with my car AC and Dee helped me get a repairman quickly. Room was upgraded and ready by 1pm. Great location, walking to the beach was only 3 to 5 minutes!

Would have liked to see more more protein offerings at breakfast. I needed help from the staff to learn the trick to get the TV working, but once I knew it, the TV was fine.

The friendly staff is happy to hand out beach towels, beach chairs and shark tooth sifter screens for you to take to the beach. Snacks are available all day in the lobby. There is a handy cold water and ice dispenser available to guests outside behind the lobby. Strong Wi-Fi signal.

The staff were so nice. Loved the daily continental breakfast and coffee that was available throughout the day. Restaurants were all nearby and easy to get to. We would definitely stay there again!!!

Amazing hotel! The beach is literally across the street, you can walk to it easily. They really thought of all the little details! Plates, silverware, microwave, very nice toiletries, delicious free breakfast from a local bakery.. I could go on forever! We will definitely be back 😁

The tap water had an odd smell. I wouldn't even use it for making coffee. Luckily they provide a water bottle refilling station.

Staff were very friendly, best location and we were upgraded to a larger room upon request! The kids received a stuffed shark at check-in which is such a nice touch. A huge applaus to the housekeeping and grounds staff who keep this place looking clean and orderly inside and out. On top of that they offer a nice greeting and always respond kindly to little questions. We loved being so close to the beach and hopping in the pool when we needed some down time.

No restaurants close enough to walk, have to drive to get food, not a deal breaker at all though.

They were very accommodating and had everything we needed available even a phone charger to use. Nice beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sifters to dig for shark teeth and shells on the beach. They serve a nice little breakfast in the morning but beyond that they had available all day a variety of drinks pastries and snacks. The place is very clean and well kept, highly recommend!

The entire staff was exceptionally friendly; everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained; we loved being so close to the beach and the cute, very walkable area with a lot of storefronts and restaurant options; the beds were very comfortable; on-site parking was plentiful; and we were impressed with the breakfast spread.

We had a two bedroom suite. It was very well stocked with the weird exception of no paper towels in the kitchen. It was immediately across from Venice Beach but was slightly further from dining and shopping. It was still walking distance but would be a hike for guests with limited mobility. Complimentary breakfast was very well attended and was well stocked.

If I'm being picky, the breakfast is prepared by a local baker, which is very nice, but it is mostly sweet treats like cakes and donuts. We wanted something savory and ended up eating the bagel with cream cheese every morning, because there wasn't a lot of choice in that regard (e.g. ham, cheese, bacon, eggs, etc.). The interior is great and clean, but maybe a little dated.

All staff members were amazing. From the first welcome to checking out. They were super friendly and very helpful. The location is great. On our first morning, after having breakfast, we took a quick detour to the beach instead of walking back directly to our room, because it is literally a 1-minute walk. We immediately found a bunch of shark teeth on the shore line, which made our day. They also let you take sharktooth sifters and other beach equipment, free of charge, for as long as you stay there.
