How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The shuttle option was very unclear. Yes, there was a service number you could call, but not via internet so it cost us €10,- just to call the service line and they provided the wrong platform so we've waited for the shuttle service late at night with a little kid and none came. We took a taxi after waiting an hour and a half. Staff was constantely on their phones, but nice enough.
The beds were good.

Nothing it was fine for a one night stay near to the airport.
Ideal for us as our long haul flight arrived at night so we collected the hire car and stayed local to the airport so we were fresh for the next day's drive.

Shuttle van directions from the airport to the hotel were not clear. I wasn't aware I needed to catch the blue intetnational bus to the hotel shuttle location first. A nice bus driver gave me the info I needed. Also confused that I needed to catch the shuttle van that went to the north hotel location. Again, a local van driver explained this to me.
Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Front desk staff upon my arrival was helpful.and pleasant.

Check in staff was rude. They were arguing over a schedule. The card gate didn't work. Coffee was not stocked. Shower head was broken and the air conditioning was loud. The elevator was scary.
Very convenient location for an early departure from the airport.

Staff at the front desk were rude and not helpful - Rude during check in process. Room in particular the bathroom was not very clean.

The elevator wasn't smooth. It can easily cause anxiety.

breakfast can have options for vegan/ guests who do not eat- egg/ fish/ poultry & meat. Shuttle to airport when includes international airport drop, would be super useful to guests flying out of country.
the sheets were clean and spotless. staff courteous and a store located nearby for quick purchases makes stay effortless comfortable room with a great view. adequate towels (clean ones that !!!) provided. shuttle to & from airport (domestic) is welcome.

Cleanliness in bathroom not perfect but beds were very clean and comfortable.

The windows weren't sound proof, so noise from the nearby Airport was a challenge.
The staff were super nice and helpful, especially Dinah and Donald. The Hotel Shuttle was timely at 15 past the hour and 45 minutes past the hour. 24 hours tea and coffee, with many choices available as well as baked cookies. The TV in the room had many channels to choose from. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The breakfast was from 6am to 9am and I was happy with the variety.

The pool was closed 😫 that's my favorite part about staying at the hotel. I know there are certain dates the hotel uses to determine pool availability but it's summer time and hot so we need the pool

The employees were very busy, not unfriendly they just were a little stressed trying to get to everyone. The mattress was really comfortable but the pillows were lumpy from being washed too often. New pillows please.
This LaQuinta is very close to the Atlanta airport and the hotel provides a shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport.

Very good location for the airport with safe, secure parking. Very comfortable beds. Nothing fancy but perfectly functional. Good value for money. Dulcie who served breakfast was amazing!! So helpful, kind and customer focused.
