The kitchenette, ie: refrigerator could be a little larger in size. But it worked for our 2 night visit. The TV on the wall could not be tilted or adjusted for viewing from the couch.

My friend and I reserved the 2 bedroom unit. It was comfortable. It was a lovely property right on the promenade. I would reserve again.

The place was well worn. There were chips out of the cupboards and the balcony for sitting was extremely small.

The view out the window was great, it had a large tub and we turned the couch around to sit and look at the ocean instead of looking into the hotel room. Right beside the Promenade.

It was frustrating that some of the information on the website was incorrect: advertising "hot chocolate chip cookies", "local Sleepy Monk coffee", for example, neither of which were included. The DVD library was very small. The board games advertised looked old and falling apart. We were told that the property has new owners. They definitely need to update their website.

Overall we had a good experience here. The view is fabulous, and it is just a short walk to the beach. It is right on the Seaside Promenade, another great place to walk. Far enough from the noisy downtown area to be pleasant. Beds were very comfortable. Staff person at the check-in location was friendly and helpful. Very clean inside. Gas fireplace was nice for the slightly chilly evening.

Our garbage can hadn’t been emptied from previous patron and it was very full. That was a bit of a turn off.

Our screen door was busted, making it difficult to go to patio or keep door open for air. Got a bit warm in the room, but was nice they provided a fan. Loud neighbors upstairs on our second night.

The location was fantastic. Away from the busy downtown area, and right next to the beach with easy trail access. Loved they provided cups/plates/silverware. View from room was amazing.

Nothing really. It was a very enjoyable stay.

The view, the stone work on the balcony and the balcony furniture was a grade up from the cheap plastic stuff that most hotels have. It was an extra touch and I enjoyed it, the fireplace, the bed and pillows were comfortable, it was clean and I so enjoyed my stay.

The management/staff. First, to check in you have to go to another motel about a mile away. Upon checking in and going to the Four Winds found the key card did not work as the check in individual did not activate the card. So had to drive back to first motel to get it done. Second, we were there two nights, and did not receive housekeeping after the first night. Perhaps the housekeeping staff thought the room was empty.

The motel is a hidden gem, located away from crowds on the north prom.

The maid service came knocking on doors at 9am. Even though they didn't knock on our door, they were so loud knocking on others, shouting "house keeping, house keeping.". We already have a late check in at 4pm and early check out at 11am. I think it is fair that you do not wake us up early and rush us out!

Prefer carpet over hard floors. Especially in winter. But I know they are easier to keep clean.

The location was fine. Didn’t like that the office was in another location. The lady there was not friendly or helpful at all. I had a hard time figuring out the TV. The cleaning ladies were nice only one spoke English.
