Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United States1. It was room-for-six-person but no quilt for two-person daybad to sleep. When asked, we received Hal-hour later a thin blanked which didn’t keep kids warm enough so that they didn’t get a comfortable sleep. 2. Day-bad’s metal rods were extremely uncomfortable for kids. 3. There was no cup to drink coffee or even water. 4. We didn’t not know before renting that we had to pay (technically not but the conditions forces you to do so) for valet parking. So, we had to get everything out of the car with us to our room. It was a hotel with no comfortable parking space.
Nothing special to like. The facility barely met what we paid for.

United StatesWe didn't like the following, which is a lot: The rooms were never restocked with towels and no maid service during our stay. There were no complimentary bath items. There was only one small bar of soap for 3 people. There is a parking fee with a tip expected every time we departed and/or returned. There is no complimentary breakfast. The breakfast offered was overly priced. WE STAYED AT THE HYATT LEGACY VILLAGE DURING OUR PREVIOUS VISITS TO CLEVELAND. I RATED THEM A 5 STAR. WE WILL CERTAINLY STAY AT THE HYATT AGAIN.

United StatesIt's a very bare-bones hotel with less than desirable facilities, in-room amenities, and service. Like many people, I stayed because it would be convenient while I had multiple appointments at Cleveland Clinic and thought it would be convenient...which it was. That said, when I come back for future procedures and appointments I would rather have the hassle of being further from the hospital than stay in a hotel that doesn't put more interest in the comfort of its patrons. Who wants to feel lousy after medical procedures and then have what feels like Super 8 Motel level accommodations with the veneer of something more comfortable?
The only thing that makes this hotel worthwhile is the location. Having easy access to Cleveland Clinic without needing to worry about parking, etc gives it value.

United StatesHotel support management was not able to adequately provide heating to our accommodation. Temperature fell to 70 degrees the Fahrenheit with no ability to increase the temperature. Both of us eventually developed a sore throat due to inadequate heating in the hotel room and all facilities.
