As we were driving to the hotel the area deemed more and more homeless individuals and poor community standards.

Location was not what we expected as it appeared it was in a downtrodden area of Cleveland.

Dirty room - not cleaned up the room, found lots of unknown hairs everywhere… unpleasant. Requested 2 blankets at the reception but no one showed up. Followed up the staff but they didn’t take immediate action, finally a staff brought one blanket though we asked 2 blankets…

1. It was room-for-six-person but no quilt for two-person daybad to sleep. When asked, we received Hal-hour later a thin blanked which didn’t keep kids warm enough so that they didn’t get a comfortable sleep. 2. Day-bad’s metal rods were extremely uncomfortable for kids. 3. There was no cup to drink coffee or even water. 4. We didn’t not know before renting that we had to pay (technically not but the conditions forces you to do so) for valet parking. So, we had to get everything out of the car with us to our room. It was a hotel with no comfortable parking space.

Nothing special to like. The facility barely met what we paid for.

good not bad , They do not accept cash when your card does not work and they do not accept to take you into the room until you have a card to take the insurance even though I am paying for my stay.

didn’t clean up the room they told clean every 3 day but didn’t clean you should told them more then on time to let you clean and The service of carrying the baggage is not always available, but in the morning and only one and two cars work

We didn't like the following, which is a lot: The rooms were never restocked with towels and no maid service during our stay. There were no complimentary bath items. There was only one small bar of soap for 3 people. There is a parking fee with a tip expected every time we departed and/or returned. There is no complimentary breakfast. The breakfast offered was overly priced. WE STAYED AT THE HYATT LEGACY VILLAGE DURING OUR PREVIOUS VISITS TO CLEVELAND. I RATED THEM A 5 STAR. WE WILL CERTAINLY STAY AT THE HYATT AGAIN.

The dead bolt on the door did not work. The bath tub looked like it had backed up. I had already disrobed when I pulled back the curtain so I ended up cleaning the tub myself to ue it.

It's a very bare-bones hotel with less than desirable facilities, in-room amenities, and service. Like many people, I stayed because it would be convenient while I had multiple appointments at Cleveland Clinic and thought it would be convenient...which it was. That said, when I come back for future procedures and appointments I would rather have the hassle of being further from the hospital than stay in a hotel that doesn't put more interest in the comfort of its patrons. Who wants to feel lousy after medical procedures and then have what feels like Super 8 Motel level accommodations with the veneer of something more comfortable?

The only thing that makes this hotel worthwhile is the location. Having easy access to Cleveland Clinic without needing to worry about parking, etc gives it value.

I smelled weed smoke all night. My room was not clean - there were crackers in the room floor. Also my room service food was not good- chicken piccatta was tasteless.

Hotel support management was not able to adequately provide heating to our accommodation. Temperature fell to 70 degrees the Fahrenheit with no ability to increase the temperature. Both of us eventually developed a sore throat due to inadequate heating in the hotel room and all facilities.

Facility was convenient to Cleveland Clinic.

No temp control in rooms which were set at 80 degrees, too hot to sleep The wifi didn't work the television didn't work well, the door to the room didn't close.
