It was really expensive. Too much noise in the halls, children running with ski boots. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and old. Pool side was not very clean. Rooms were not cleaned during our 5 night stay. Food at the hotel promises was below mediocre.

Convenient, spacey, everything is working fine in the apartments. Easy access to lifts. Good rental gear.

We received a message beforehand that we needed to check in by 8:00pm. We had to call the lodge itself to find out this was not true (they have 24hr check in), and it caused some stress. Also, the room does not automatically have heat, and we had to turn it on in the middle of the night when the temperature started dropping.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the view from the windows was fantastic!

The restaurant was not as clean as I would have liked (food debris on the floor from the previous day and the chairs were stained and worn). The food was mediocre.

No restaurant mid-week, so if you're not prepared to cook or eat out... :-(

This place is super quiet in the end of summer, mid-week. Little, but adequate kitchen. Beautiful views.

Our double queen bed room was very small. Bearly enough room to walk around in. There was an enormous tv cabinet taking up way too much space.

We loved the mountain resort with several hot tubs and pool. the grounds were beautifully landscape with flowers everywhere in the courtyard.

One hot tub was broken and the other needed to be hotter, First room we were in had exhaust fan noise outside windows so we switched.

The staff were all very nice. Our shuttle bus driver found my poles and brought them to guest services.

I don't like it calling apartment when it was just a room with two beds, I was expecting at least a microwave and mini fridge. It's true that was not in the details of the room but just call it room not apartment.

I love the environment, you cannot beat the views during the fall foliage and winter must be awesome too. Staff are friendly and the pools great.

Our room did not have any coffee cups and the furniture was dated. There was no pad under the coffee maker. The TV did not have any listings available. We told the hotel that it was our anniversary and that we we got married there. No little extras were provided and that would have gone a long way for us. A bottle of champagne in the room, maybe a free dessert to share, or even a note left in our room wishing us a happy anniversary. We realize that due to COVID there are staffing issues and perhaps this is why the hotel didn't go the little extra that would have made our stay more of a celebration.

Breakfast was delicious! Our anniversary dinner was also delicious.
