We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNot a fan of hotels don’t don’t carry cable anymore. They only had streaming apps you had to log onto and the WiFi was so bad many of the shows had to stop and buffer for several minutes. Just have basic cable.

A few peeps in the spa were talking about happy hour in town and I thought, why doesn’t the hotel set up a bar and happy hour and keep all that money on the premise. There are heaps of mountain homes surrounds the hotel, without food options, and all within a short walk, that a fun little restaurant con the premise could attract too!
the proximity to the ski fields was excellent. Just a tiny walk from the locker room and you were at eagle express.

United StatesThe hot tub at night was very nice and excellent choice also I ordered a room with an extra bed because there was three people in my company. We only got one queen size bed. Not happy about that. And I paid full price for what I didn't get no refund.

The location was lovely and the view from our balcony was of the mountains. Truly stunning sunrise and sunset. Our one bedroom condo had a clean bathroom and nice seating area with kitchenette.

United StatesSurly staff at check-in, which was really disappointing as the other checkin person was awesome and was very engaged with his customers. Ours acted like it was an imposition to check us in, acted like a jerk, and insisted on adding the resort fee even though that had been paid up front when booking. Fortunately, Booking took care of it, but still a big negative for such a nice place. Checkout was the same, the lady at the front desk was barely there, her mind was somewhere else. One big negative on the room, there was no curtain on the door to the deck, it was clear glass and I noticed that all the other rooms had curtains over their doors.
Always a pleasure to stay here, beds are comfy and the apartment like atmosphere is very nice. Full kitchen in our unit. The property has 3 hot tubs which is nice. There is also a bocce ball court.
