Parking can be tricky, but staff was quick to provide a solution. Noisy.. no break from upstairs noise at all.

Location can't be beat, walking distance to town and beachfront. Beds are comfy and the room well stocked with dishes, utensils and extra fans.

The rooms could use a little updating. The interior doors (bathroom, bedroom) had no locks.

The location of this property was absolutely perfect for our family (kids ranging in ages 3 to 15). A super short walk to a beautiful beach made this hotel worth every penny. It was also just the right distance to the pier, amusement park, etc- could walk to everything, but the hotel is far enough away so that it’s quiet at night. Tile floors made it easy to clean up after going to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been coming to property for 4 years. There needs to be updates. The pullout couch is rusted and is barely functional. The ac unit dripped water all over the floor soaking the rug. The beds are old and should be replaced. The cost almost doubled in price with zero updates to the amenities

Location was key to the beach. Beautiful waking up and being able to walk right onto the beach.

the stairs were very uneven, especially going to second floor. a ramp would be good for the first floor for handicap people if needed.

Wish there was an oven, maybe air fryer

We come every year with my Mom and kids. This year we lost our Mom unexpectedly but kept the trip. It’s a place we love and perfect memories made there. Holds a special place in our hearts.

I was a bit annoyed that parking spots were not respected. I paid for an Oceanside room and would have preferred being able to park there, but was told if there wasn’t any parking to go across the street. Why have numbered spots if people can just park wherever?

Only door into room is a sliding door that was extremely difficult to open. The door didn’t operate smoothly and the outside handle was so small with not much to grip onto. My wife and son struggled to open it. We also had the worlds smallest vintage AC in our room. It needed to run on max the entire time to keep our small room cool enough. Also didn’t love having to check in and out several resorts down the street from Our room.

The only issue was not having an on site lobby. It was a little confusing on where we were supposed to go to get checked in but once we did figure it out the check in process couldn't have gone smoother!

The location couldn't have been more perfect! Being able to walk out onto the beach or take a short walk to the Pier was an absolute dream! The grill area was well loved by everyone staying and even though we had a slight issue getting one of them going the staff were right there and had it back up and running in no time! The room held everything we could need for utensils and dishes. We stayed in one of the suites which were surprisingly spacious yet compact. We plan on coming back again and again!

The shower curtain was only a half curtain so the water would come out the side or back whenever you used it. The couch and chairs could use a good cleaning or be replaced. When we would call the front desk no one would answer and we would have to leave a message then no one would call back. We did get what we needed but we think it because we stopped a facility worker (who instantly helped!!).

The location was perfect!!! And the staff was very nice. It was easy to book and you had everything we needed- closed off bedroom, kitchenette, Places to sit and a great view of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable!

No regular cleaning or any staff really around to interact with. The only time we saw anyone was when we checked in - they let us in early, but then other staffers came by and thought we were overstaying because we got in early!

Location!!! Location!! Location!! Room was good size with a full kitchenette, bedroom and small bath shower only. Large odd fireplace in livingroom takes up quite a bit of floor space but it's workable. Next year we will bring less and enjoy more! We stayed in Room 84, 2nd floor, ocean view, two balconies both front and back of property a huge bonus, This was our favorite part!! We were on the end of the building so quiet and no foot traffic going by us to get to their rooms. This property has a grilling area and is very well maintained. Wonderful atmosphere, beach charm, excellent location, a must stay!!! We rebooked for next year and can't wait to come back!
