Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI paid for the room up front, but when we got there, they said I had to pay 100 deposit for each room I got. So I had to pay a 200 dollar deposit.
It was good for the price. The staff was nice and helpful.

I was able to book multiple stays here between $35 and $55 a night. For that price the place could actively be on fire and I'd still stay there.

United StatesThe hallway and room carpet is gross the hallway has a musty mildew smell first room I checked in bed was broken the tv had lines going threw it the ice machine on 2 nd floor doesn’t work at all don’t believe sheets are changed after each check out I pulled down blankets to go to sleep and there was dirt all over sheets but for the price it was ok they need to not charge 100 security deposit not when there hotel is in that condition!

United StatesBooking immediately took the booking and my money sent me confirmations and then canceled me with no other information I had to find the actual locations phone number when I spoke to the front desk they had no rooms available booking took the money and a long phone call led to a second phone call in which they promised within a half an hour to find me a different accommodation and pay the difference no one ever called me back with either of those things I never got a refund of any of the money horrible experience with booking sad to say

SwedenPlace in some areas looked abandoned. Pool was not open and it would open the day after I left, hmm how convenient to respond like that. Beds were not that comfy and they were squeeky. Found a small roach in my room the next morning.
It was really cheap and very close to a good location to watch a launch. Tv was big and actually 4K. WiFi was fast, about 150mps.
