I hear someone in the next room using their bathroom when I'm in bed. Guess we weren't expected to shower, no shower curtain! But they'll take your 50 deposit hold it with no problem! Any other businesses will have your deposit on pending and when checked out, it will not charge your bank account. This one does so dont expect the deposit back anytime soon. Customer service from that guy at the front desk was very rude, even though I tried to be friendly. He presented himself unfriendly, rude, and did not care how the customer felt. He should work at a bar or bouncer cuz he acted like he was at one. I would not stay here just based on his rudeness! Baymont hire a friendly face with friendly attitude because that is the first impression customers see and how they will judge your facility...first/last impression matters! We will never stay at any Baymont or Wyndham affiliate ever!

Rooms were not very clean and most of the rooms need some remodeling. I saw a cockroach on the ceiling.

When we walked through the door of my room there was a smell of smoke, which I noticed immediately. I was taken aback because I was fairly certain it should have been non smoking. I had a room with a “hot tub”. However the water pressure and amount of hot water needed was not enough to even suffice it getting used. For that reason I feel as if it wasn’t worth the price I paid for 2 nights. Had I knew that previously I wouldn’t have booked it.

The location of the property was exactly what I needed. Only about a 15 min drive to Knoxville for the university, so Ubers were fairly inexpensive. Comfortable beds, and felt safe as a woman who often travels alone, it was nice to have my mind at ease.

Check in was slow, water was awful with a terrible taste. Bedding felt damp. Air-conditioner didn't seem to work.

We were able to check in after midnight, and we're able to park by the door.

Asphalt smell outside and musty smell in room

Room smelled a bit musty. They had sealed the parking lot so the smell was a bit much but ok. Bed was comfy. shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

The room we stayed in had a strong offensive odor. We bought a candle to help to dispell it since we did not want to go to all the trouble of relocating. The sheets on the pull-out bed were not clean and when I asked The front desk for clean sheets, he said they did not have any more and gave me two old blankets instead. I was disappointed for my daughter to sleep that way, but it was late so we made do. The dying plants around the pool were not appealing and made the area feel unwelcoming.

The coffee was good and the gentleman staff member attending the breakfast area was so friendly. I enjoyed talking with him a bit while getting my coffee. The water fountains and greenery in the lobby were beautiful and soothing after a long trip. The bed was very comfortable. The pool area was refreshing with doors open and fresh air moving through.

The night shift lady was rude. And so was the guy at checkout. The website for this hotel also needs to plainly state that there’s a $200 refundable fee If you live within a $200 mile radius of that hotel.

The man who ran the breakfast area every morning was super nice and helpful.

My non-smoking room smelt like mildew and cigarettes, and there was a vape and mold on the carpet behind the nightstand. The Wi-Fi was not good.

Room smelled of humidity and mold, if it werent for the air freshener we carry with us it would have been unbearable, there was mold by the sink and under it, and the bathroom door would not close.

Location off the highway but not noisy, and a great view of the mountains. Continental breakfast was great. The attendant was really friendly and helpful. Pool is a decent size.

They do not have a full breakfast bar. They have waffles, cereal and a couple varieties of juice boxes in a mini fridge. I was very disappointed in the options for the “full” breakfast bar.

Great location and the front desk employee Tim was super friendly and very pleasant.
