This property was outstanding and the price was awesome value for money! The rooms were full of quirky and cool features like the privacy glass for the showers at the flick of a switch and plenty of cool, industrial trial style features such as hanging lights and storage! We loved the style of the room and the lobby which had a vintage car displayed. It felt the hotel was intentional with styling and vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was absolutely delicious and extremely great value at only $4 per person. We were blown away for the level of quality on all fronts especially compared to the cost of the room. If this company became a chain across the USA without a doubt we would choose this hotel over other bigger brands.

I believe last year you had a YouTube option on the TVs and it wasn't there this time. Netflix is cool, but not everyone has Netflix. So maybe more app options on the TV would be nice. Maybe add Hulu because it's another popular streaming app, along with YouTube and let's say Tubi just because it's free and offers even more options to watch. Otherwise, I didn't dislike much.

The staff was nice, maybe under new management from a year ago, but still nice. We liked the room, the TV size was great and didn't hear much of anyone besides the cleaners.

I always stay at this hotel, and it never disappoints! The room is always spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent. The breakfast is varied and delicious, with options for every taste. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful, always willing to assist with a smile. I will definitely continue staying here on my future visits to the city. Highly recommend!

Bar fantastic! Good wine choices! Although we were unable to time dinner hours with our plans. New dinner hour menu looked very interesting. Great move since food is a bit of a drive from hotel. Also evening entertainment added a festive feel to lobby. We will definitely be back!

There is a restaurant on the premises as well, but it only offers a 5 or 7-course meal. The meal looked fantastic but not sure if it caters to all of the hotel guests.

The location is right at the Sarasota airport. When I realized this I thought that this would impact my stay in a negative way, but it was the opposite. I barely heard any planes (probably due to the industrial style of the hotel) and minutes away from everything. Also, you can beat the $4 breakfast. The bar at the hotel is great too. Such a cute & quirky hotel.

Everything! The hotel is beautiful and unique. It is very neat & clean. The staff is friendly & helpful. The price was very reasonable. The hotel is very different (in a good way) from other hotels. I actually took several pictures of the hotel to share with friends & family. I will be looking for your hotel at my other travel destinations.

The room was a little small and there was nowhere to sit together except the bed. A little surprised to see concrete walls in the rooms and exposed pipes in the hallway as this hotel is considered a boutique hotel with luxury accommodations.

Little privacy in the room. Having one door for the toilet and the shower is a nice design but leaves little intimacy
