The hotel needs an urgent refurnishment. The bathtub was rusty. And you can hear noises everywhere. Breakfast was very poor. Not too much assortment and many things were not being refilled.

Beds were very comfy and clean. And the staff was very helpful.

Parking is horrible for the location. There are a few spots within the parking area, at the center of the hotel, the lower parking was blocked. We had to park in a dimly lit parking lot beside the hotel. It was posted as a pay parking. when we questioned the fee, we were told we didn't have to pay. We shall see if we get a bill or ticket. Also, the one elevator was frightening and sketchy. It was right off the front desk, but fit only two people and luggage comfortably. The second elevator was out of order.

No blow dryer and most hotels have them. Poor TV reception, couldn't watch TV at all, thats after we had to plug in our cable cord and TV. The hotel seemed cleaned however the smell of cleaning agent was horrible and was in our clothes after leaving the hotel. Breakfast was terrible other than the boughten muffins.

The beds are really firm and uncomfortable; the elevator was old, rundown, very tiny, and very slow moving; breakfast was just ok and they did not replace items quickly as they ran out

If you are sensitive for smells this isn't maybe for you. Also the elevator was a bit of too old or something that someone could say scary.

Closet rod was broken so couldn't hang up our dresses. Elevator very small so could barely fit luggage cart with 2 people on the Elevator

The parking garage situation is rough. There was something dripping from ceiling in lower garage area that tore through paint on car. Upper parking area was crowded. Also elevator would not work from main floor

Breakfast was great, the location was fantastic, we were able to walk just about wherever we needed and felt safe doing so.

The elevator was tiny. The three people in my group could barely fit. And it was the only elevator. The beds were not the most comfy. Maybe a bigger bed would have improved it. The parking garage under the building is shady and full of dust. I understand they’re under construction but even going from the elevator to the parking garage is difficult for all the boxes, fridges, and general remodeling stuff in the way.

The location was fantastic. Super close to downtown and easy to get around. Having a fridge and microwave in the room is super useful. Parking is free which is a huge plus.

The heating was effective but noisy, lucky we did not need to leave it on. The lift was tiny but did the job. It might be more difficult at a busy time. We didn't have breakfast as it finished at 9am.

The bed was very big and comfy. It was quiet and we got a good night's sleep. Plenty of parking was available on-site. Short walk to restaurants and museums. Staff very friendly.

Elevator was sketchy and old. HVAC system old and VERY noisy and couldn’t adjust temperature. Made getting a good night sleep difficult. Parking was tight.

Freight trains could be heard most of the night on south side of building. Keeping the fan on in the room masked most of the noise, but if you're a light sleeper the noise may be an issue in a south facing room.

Cold air blew in the windows hard allll night. The elevator was the tiniest I have ever seen and was scary. The second day of our trip it was pitch black because the light was out. No Parking in designated area. The shower was clogged and gross.

I don’t like the fact that I couldn’t get apps on the tv or use my fire stick. That really sucked. We were having a sister night and trying to watch the Color Purple.
