Could use more cleaning, in the corners of the floors, and housekeeping of the room. Not one time out of our 3 night stay did housekeeping, come clean the room. The beds need to be larger, the double room bed size seems like a twin full....my husband and I couldn't roll over scared we were going to hit each other..double room is only meant for 2 people, 1 person per bed...

Staff was great, everyone was helpful and really nice.

Well, room 109 missing a smoke alarm. Shower was very dirty need a good cleaning. Title floor was very slippery looks like was mopped with dirty mop. Carpet need replaced ripped and strained. Need to keep non-guest out of lobby area during evening and nighttime timeframe. Security issue.

Breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. Was very busy probably needed more help during breakfast hours.

No refrigerator and dirty comforter

Deluxe room, no refrigerator and the comforters were dirty, and asked for 2 extra towels and was told there was none available. But the breakfast Lady was super sweet.

Hotel was under renovation. The front facade of the hotel looked run down and in disrepair. The carpet in the room was well worn. There were several dead bugs on the floor. It appears they may have sprayed for bugs recently based on the smell. There were no bed bugs thankfully. The beds showed signs of age. The room was clean with the exception of the floors. As you walked into the main lobby from the entrance there was a very large visible water spot damage on the ceiling. The door to the room and the door to the bathroom stuck due to the humidity. The deadbolt on the rooms door would not latch. One can hope that there will be several much needed upgrades to the facility during their renovation.

Good location of the Interstate. Good breakfast selection for basically a continental breakfast.

We were there for a four night stay. We asked them twice to make up our room and they never did. We always didn"t get towels when we asked. The bathroom really needed cleaned the bathroom especially! This is the second time we stayed and the facility is not being kept up and that is really too bad.

No heat in room. Night staff nowhere to be found to get me in different room. Booking sight said, fitness center on premises. I called ahead; night staff said, hotel did have fitness center. When I checked in staff said, fitness center closed for renovation. Booking sight should be updated.

booked a jacuzzi room and was put up in a regular room. when I inquired, I was told the property only had four jacuzzi rooms and they were already taken. Huge disappointment to find out room didn’t even have a bathtub.

Front desk staff during check in not friendly. Morning staff rushed us to finish breakfast. As we were making plate at 930 (ends at 10), associate was removing items to put away, despite there being 30 mins remaining. Sheets stained yellow. But can't expect more for the price of the room.

had to change rooms because the sheets and comforters were not clean. also the sprinklers in the room were covered up. coffee was watered down so was the juice.

The hotel looks like it is run down. The entrance was difficult to find. The front desk by checking in seems to be disturb by us

Location for my transit. It is directly on the motorway. You wasn't disturb by the traffic.
