Pool was closed. Limited variety ay breakfast. Did not have extra pillows. Fitness center is very small. Some staff are not friendly.

Finish decorating! Our room looked nice until you got into the bathroom. Grout and caulk were missing in the tub and the countertop, the sink has stains around the upper edge, mold on the tub shield, walls were spackled/patched but not repainted, floor tile was cracked, the door was all chipped on the bottom.

Breakfast was decent, and we liked that it went until 10am.

Room was clean but looked shoddy...worn paint, pealing wallpaper and lights were cold. Room was freezing when we arrived and several lights weren’t plugged in. Worst of all the front lobby is very bright but with stark and unfriendly lighting. It is in no way inviting.

Hot breakfast, good space for dog walks and the staff were friendly.

Traveling home from Florida with pet. Breakfast was better than our first night at a different chain. Hotel was busy with families. That was nice. My only negative comment is the mattresses need replacing. If you sleep in the middle they are ok, but the edges lack support. Staff was very nice.

The pillows and pillow tops need to be changed. My bed had a tilt to it and the pillows were not comfortable nor luxurious. They were half pillows.

The staff was great. Very friendly and responsive. Handled difficult guests with promptness. The buffet was the best I've been to in a while.

The pool and hot tub were borderline gross. The room we were in needed some repairs too, especially in the bathroom.

The staff is friendly and it's hard to bet the location! The rooms are clean.

Breakfast was way more than most-eggs, sausage, ham, breads, cereal, waffles, juice. Indoor pool open til 10.

The lighting in the room was horrible. There wasn’t any bedding for the roll out couch and we had to ask twice for it. We were in sure twice before we showed up that my 2 rooms would be next to each other and upon arrival they were literally at opposite ends of the hall. Couldn’t have gotten further apart without putting us on different floors. No one respects the pool/spa rules and staff doesn’t enforce them. And kids were running halls all night while their parents smoked marijuana. Smelled so bad i swear i got a contact high!!!!

The door to our bathroom was hard to close it needed to be greased or fixed. The fridge piece was broken upon arrival and the drawer for clothes was not closing. The lamp shade was old can tell by discoloration. I had put in our reservation asking for extra towels and blankets and pillows and nothing extra was there so we had to call and ask and then the employee asked if we could come get it but she did end up bringing it to us which was great. The hotel just needs to fix some things in the room or update things but overall it was a decent room.

My husband enjoyed breakfast eggs sausage cereal toast and muffin. My son enjoyed the bagel and cream cheese. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our room was right across from the pool which was awesome for us not a far walk at all and that was one of our reasons for staying so it was a perfect location for our room.
