The airport shuttle stops running at 9 and doesn’t start until 5am which doesn’t help for early or late flights. We had to take a taxi to and from the airport since the shuttle wasn’t running. We also heard others asking for the morning shuttle and they said it was full. The room was hard to find and not well marked in the building. They could use more signs or a map at the front desk. There was trash everywhere in the courtyard. The sheets were a bit stained and the carpet was old. We paid $225 for 1 night for this place which is insane considering it’s not a nice hotel. We would not have stayed here if we didn’t have to.

Our flight was canceled and this was one of the only options left. The front desk staff were nice and the beds were decently comfortable.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The carpets were dirty, because when we walked on it my feet got filthy and the bathroom floor we washed ourselves and it turned white towel black, so I’m not sure the last time they wash that floor. some days our garbage cans were never emptied.

Comparatively it was a bit on the overpriced side, you can get a 1 bed apartment with full kitchen for similar price

Room booked for 4 but was only supplied with towels, coffee etc for 2 people. Breakfast was stopped an hour before checkout time. Bathroom area too small. 1 Outlet near fridge didn't work.

I have stayed here a few times. This time there were a lot of people who were rather questionable out in the parking lot or walking around just outside my room all night. There must be a business close that has large trucks. There was loud bangs all night. I didn't sleep well with the noise and the people outside my room all night.

No map of the facility in the room, had to call front desk for directions to the ice machine. Ice machine on 3rd floor empty or not working. 2nd floor ice machine was working. My door was right at the top of the stairs. Late arrivals with luggage on wheels made lots of noise.

Parking was terrible. Halls smelled terrible. The walk way of the building is sketchy and feels unsafe. The elevator has no air conditioning at all so it was stupid hot. Oh, one day I woke up to it raining on me and my daughter in the king size bed. It was pouring rain so bad it woke me out of my sleep and the bed was soaking wet. I don't understand how they did not know it would rain in my room. They seemed surprised by it but it was wet in the hallway too. I sought compensation for the disaster and got nothing at all. What's worse is my daughter got pneumonia from it too. When I called the front desk they said I can move into a smaller room or wait for room service to change the bedding. Because I wanted the space and had the longest day ever I moved my daughters off the bed and onto the sofa bed and used a bowl I had previously bought to catch the water and stayed awake to prepare for the day. Mind you this was about 4:30 am. Room service came at 1pm to change the bedding when I was told they'd be there at 9 am. Definitely the last time I stay there. Also the breakfast is garbage. I went down at one point and it was only sliced bread, waffles and coffee. That's just terrible.

I liked that our room 301 was in an air conditioned space and we had easy access getting up and down stairs. The room was definitely big enough and plenty of space for infant to run around. Close to the ice machines and quiet for the most part.

The bathroom sink was plugged up and needed maintenance, The bathroom floor was very slippery after showering, fell down twice The outside was very dirty with trash here and there, someone spilled soap in the elevator making a mess tracked out by everyone using it

Breakfast was very poor don’t advertise your doing breakfast.. having a customer expecting continental breakfast without egg sausage bacon non of the above is very unreasonable, coffee and orange juice with waffle and bread is just even unthinkable to even put that out .. it’s best if you did not market that and we went and saw it

Shower water was Luke warm at best. I was charged 5 nights even though I changed my reservation to 4 nights. Some front desk staff were slow and seemed annoyed/rude when asked a question. TV stopped working. It was a hassle to get a new one. Room keys continuously stopped working. Pool was closed half the time. Had to ask for new towels constantly. When I wanted to use the Guest Laundry, it was a nightmare... Had to ask staff several times to let me in/ask front desk, then after 20 minutes of waiting, I was told "My manager says it is not operational right now. Sorry" then the staff member walked away with no offer for accommodation. I had been at the hotel for 5 days and really wanted to wash my clothes before my flight... over all it was over priced for the headache/area/annoyances.

Breakfast was good and plentiful. Airport shuttle is a blessing. Front desk manager is a joy. Wifi is good.
