Garbage cans out front were over flowing when we arrived and by checkout garbage was all over out front. We had to wait 45 minutes for our room when check in was 3:00 and we arrived at 5:00 PM. Room was to sleep 5 people. There were 2 full beds in the room. No sleeper couch. Had to get extra blankets and pillows so they could sleep on the floor! No extra rolls of toilet paper in bathroom. We ran out getting ready for our event and had to ask for more when we had to wait for our room to be cleaned but not stocked??? Overall it was a bad experience.

Check in was supposed to be at 3 pm but we couldn’t check in until almost 6 pm. One waste basket in whole room. Only one roll of toilet paper in room for 5 people. Couch and pull out couch mattress had multiple stains. There was no notice of pool being closed for maintenance before our stay.

Had to switch room. First room heating unit was uncovered and inoperable, filthy with dust. Second room was ok. TV in bedroom not connected with USB connector. Sitting area TV ok.

Lots of stains on the carpet and couch. No bedding for the foldout couch. No bath towels in the room. The entrance and lobby smelled like smoke. Broken leg on coffee table

The breakfast used to be AMAZING, there are now only a few options and most cold items were warm and room temp items stale. The couch in the sitting area was dirty and broken.

Location, staff, the beds are comfortable. It was a favorite of mine for a long time.

The 4th floor hall by our room had a permanent bad smell, like a skunk or continuous pot smell. No vending on our floor. Wi-Fi was down. No supplies in the room for our third person. No sheets or blanket for the pull out couch. No pillows available for the couch at all. The mattress on the pull out was one inch thick and very uncomfortable. We called for linens and had to go down and get them ourselves. The breakfast wasn’t good or plentiful even though we arrived 75 minutes before it closed.

Pool and hot tub were slime green! There wasn't any notification of the pool closure on the website. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall in our room. Even the closet door was bent and couldn't be used. The sofa had sticky stains on the arm rests. The toilet seat was even loose and almost falling off the toilet! My boyfriend tightened it, but you shouldn't have to do maintenance on your room on vacation!

The rooms were dirty, the road construction made it very hard to get in and out of this hotel, we went down for breakfast at 7:30 and breakfast was pretty much gone, except for fruit and muffins, the whole time we were there the inside of the motel smells like marijuana, even though smoking, was not allowed not a place to bring kids, would not recommend, swimming pool is closed and if you ordered a hot tub room, the hot tub is in the bathroom

Room was extremely dirty!! Carpenter old dirty and dingy!! Horrible, like never clean dust all over appliance, tables, every where. Pillow, bed and sheets old and unclean. Bathtub was fifty. Towel had black tar on them. No face towels given bathroom floor ,toilet and tub was extra dirty pilloews and bed sheets where not⁰ clean as well!! Homeless people hanging around the front NEEDS RENOVATION

I did not feel safe do to the environment inside the hotel. seemed like a lot of people were actually living out of the hotel.

when we arrived the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. we arrived and had to leave for flat out Friday. when we returned and got into our room we were immediately unimpressed. a window was left open with a cold room, towel in the shower on the floor, spa tub had drain closed with water in it when we haven’t even used it, and used shampoo’s and conditioner. we went to the front desk and she supplied us with what we asked for. the room also had cracked walls, and carpet was wrinkly in room 310. the rooms also didn’t look like they do on booking.
