Room was low on storage. Don't like that we were charged extra Friday and Saturday but didn't get anything extra for the extra fee... should be charged less for less service.

Exceptional service from Bart. He was there each day we were and couldn't help enough... always with a broad smile.

The bed sheets felt a little damp and a bit musty. Being that we were in a pet friendly room, there was a bit of a dog smell. Breakfast was good, but they didn't have the full breakfast during the week day.

This is a great place to stay if you are traveling with pets. Their rooms on the first and second floor are pet friendly with vinyl floors. The pet fee is reasonable; $25 per pet with a max of 2 pets. The location is out of the busy area, but a short drive to all the attractions . Staff was friendly. The pool looked nice. I liked that an exercise facility was onsite; 3 treadmills, a bike, weights, and elliptical.

If u wanna use any other entrance be prepared for stairs and the keycard entrances.

The room was clean & comfortable. Had its own K-Cup coffee pot, microwave, & mini fridge. The staff was super helpful and the in-door pool was a great addition. We would definitely stay here again.

The facilities were great. Loved that the room had tile floors vs carpet. My only suggestion is to somehow sound proof the window and rooms. Way to much road noise and you can hear everything in the next room. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly, room was clean and I enjoyed my stay.

Most of it was great. Just the parking lot needed a little attention. Nothing major.

The pool. Great for kids. Not very deep. Very warm. Loved the jets. Also loved the waffles and comfortable bed.

There are areas that need to be cleaned better. Behind the doors and the actual doors need to be wiped down. The showers need to be taken care of because you can see mold starting in the cracks. The toilets behind the seat and the tank needs to be cleaned better.

The staff is accommodating and nice. The location is nice to take in all of the attractions around the area. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Cleaning could have been a little better. Elevator could use maintenance. Supplies missing in room and downstairs restroom.

The breakfast had a good variety. The staff was very helpful. The location was good for us. We were stopping overnight, on the way further west. The room was clean- a must!!

I love the location it's 15-30 mins from everything. You're literally on the strip but not on the crowd strip. The beds are comfy, and the rooms were clean. We went when they were renovating, so there weren't many guest. The breakfast was great. The indoor pool was clean. The staff was excellent. Parking was good.

The hotel is pet friendly which I didn't mind at all, however there was a dog right above us who barked non stop..I'm assuming whenever his owners left, he would be in a cage so he barked constantly but it was different times of the day..other than that I enjoyed our stay

Customer service was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful; the rooms were nice, we really enjoyed the heated pool; loved the location..it was surrounded by a lot of shops and restaurants

The soap was not filled in the shower. There was an opened bag of beef jerky left in the room refrigerator. The bathroom and elevators were not very clean. The Christmas wreath hanging over the front door in March shows a lack of upkeep on the property.

I hated having the dog across the hall cry for hours and being greeted with dog hair into our room all over the floor.

Only complaint was the indoor pool was warmer then we expected and a bit crowed and smaller then assumed. Over all though they place was nice and will stay again
