Maintenance on the elevator is needed

I've stayed in the hotel 4 nights, however, my room was never cleaned.

We didn't like that the bathroom didn't have a lock. Also the room and bathroom looked kind of cheap, but for the price I think It was fair. The rooms aren't quite as nice as the pictures online.

The room and bathroom were clean. There were NO signs of bed bugs. Also the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious.

The AC unit REALLY needs to be fixed. The thermostat was set on 60 and it still felt like it was 70+. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. There should be a safe in the room for guests though.

The bathroom door had no lock, it just shuts much like a closet door. Kind of weird. The tub/shower could pose a slipping hazard, perhaps a rubber bathmat would help? The elevator seemed to take longer than one would expect.

Walking into an extra cool, comfortable room was such a welcome relief from the scorching heat and humidity. Parking, Wi-Fi and breakfast included and only 1.8 miles from my destination. The bed was nice, the pillows were a bit soft and I wish they had a few more but it's not an issue. I would suggest bringing an extra pillow if you're used to sleeping with one between your knees. Check out was a breeze and I would absolutely stay here again.

We reserved two rooms. The downstairs room had a tub full of dirty water and wouldn't drain well. It didn't look like the rest of the bathroom had been cleaned either. The second room we had upstairs was great outside of the ac unit. It didn't cool very well.

The staff is always friendly, hotel is usually always clean, beds are comfy and the area is great.

Breakfast offerings were limited. No staff was seen during any visit to breakfast. Room air conditiong was either off or cold (a bit humid as well).

Access to shower was exactly what was requested. Check-in front desk staff was helpful in providing accurate information.

I almost slipped in the bathtub, it was very slippery. I had to throw a hand towel down to not fall to my death. Also there was a lot of banging all night on one of the adjacent rooms, the police were called. I lost a lot of sleep due to this and had to be early the next morning.

I liked the modern look of the room. It looked clean and well kept.

The pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was minimal. There were a lot of families and there was a lot of noise with kids yelling and running around. Of course the hotel cannot be held responsible for that, but it made it difficult to sleep

the a/c didn’t get as cold as I would have liked. we normally keep our home at 69*. I had the room ac set to 63* and it never really got cold. also, there was a humming/buzzing noise throughout the night. It sounded like crickets maybe, but it was all night long!

Only one elevator in a hotel with 4 floors. Trash can did have some trash in it when we arrived and an open bar of soap in the bathroom.

Very clean and updated nicely. Good location for where I needed to be. Price point very good. Nice large shower, included a microwave and refrigerator. Loved the recliner and room setup. Very comfortable bed.
