Side door was inoperable and no notice was given at check in. First room has an inoperable toilet, second room had an inoperable remote for the tv.

Room was musty smelling and A/C had mind of its own. Parking lot was very dark and several entrance doors were inoperable with no signs.

Decent area, staff was somewhat inattentive but pleasant when they did acknowledge you.

Just a little long in the tooth. Needs a refresh. The breakfast was just okay. But it was well stocked.

Room and bed were nice. The staff was very friendly and informative.

On the day and time of arrival there was no hot water due to an issue with the boiler. We were informed that the problem would be corrected and we would have hot water by 11:00pm. But the repair was done and there was no hot water until about 7:00pm the 2nd day of our stay.

Carpet was wet from spare refrigerator in the room that contained a soaking wet towel in it. Spare since regular one in the room didn’t work.

The room wasn't as clean as it should have been,we had a roach crawl across the floor, the furniture needs updating, along with the fridge and microwave

Electronics in the room did not work. Wifi never worked. Login webpage opened with webpage error messages. The the guide never worked properly. It rarely showed what you saw on the guide. There was some kind of antenna next to the TV. It was not explained before we went to the room. Air-conditioning made a loud annoying noise everytime it came on.

My problem was I sent a request upon booking that we needed a crib or rollaway. My problem isn’t that they didn’t have these items, my problem is I received an immediate response by booking.com that a crib would be provided. This property only has double beds and king. Having three kids, we were counting on the crib. Once we arrived at the property we were told a crib was not available. We couldn’t look for a different place because my credit card was already charged before even checking in. This was a medical trip, me having a heart ablation the next day. Brought the kids to try n make an adventure out of the trip to Atlanta. I ended up sleeping on the floor. I just didn’t appreciate the dishonesty clearly stating a crib would be provided and then my card being charged and not having options to find something suitable without losing our money.

We did not have a problem with the staff or facility, the staff was very nice and the property was actually better than most.

Facilities were a little run down, and the staff who cleaned the room gave me USED towels. So I just had them stop cleaning my room until I left. That way I knew I was reusing my own towel and not someone else's or one that had been on the bathroom floor.

The manager at the front desk was absolutely incredible. So helpful, friendly and down to earth. He made me feel like I was right at home.
