What was there was fine, but the selection at breakfast was basic at best. The only hot option was frittatas, there was no bacon, sausage or potatoes, and no bread and no toaster so no toast. There was also insufficient seating, I understand they are renovating but there was room for more seating, but people ended up queueing for a seat at breakfast or taking it back to their rooms. Also, the pool was freezing, not just slightly cold. It was 95 in but the kids couldn't stay in the pool for more than 5 minutes as they were turning blue and shivering.

Great location, lovely room, friendly staff, great views. It's worth noting that they are undergoing a major renovation, but that caused no issues, they were done for the day at a sensible time, and it was never intrusive.

The Zion park bus picks up near hotel. Very easy to get to and from the park without the hassle of parking. Nice breakfast included as well.

Presently there is a lot of ongoing construction which disrupted traffic flow on the property. Because of this it could be quite noisy in the mornings and there were some minor issues with renovation which had recently been done in my room.

Fantastic accommodations and excellent location near Zion National Park. Great breakfast and remarkable staff.

Property was great

The close proximity to the entrance of Zion made it possible to walk to the Visitors center. The staff was so nice they provided extra soft comforters for the beds. Loved lounging under the cabana by the pool and hot tub after a long day of hiking.

Lovely facilities in a great location! The room was large, with 2 separated sleeping areas. One large clean bathroom off the bedroom. The hotel was under construction as It had been taken over by Marriott, but we were not impacted. Very clean and pretty pool area, which was one of the reasons we booked there. Good breakfast generally.

The hotel was in the process of changing from La Quinta to The Lodge and as a result the main lobby and dining areas were off limits with building work being carried out. The temporary breakfast room only had around 5 tables which didn't cater for their amount of guests, so we had to take ours back to our room. Also the breakfast options were limited to muffins, cereal and yoghurts. They ran out of orange juice for 2 out of the 3 days of our stay. On a road trip involving 7 hotels, this was by far the most expensive stay and didn't offer any more than any other hotel. This might just be reflection on the price of staying in Springdale. I'm sure when all of the construction work is finished, I would be happy to stay again.

Our room was clean and comfortable. It had a nice bathroom, TV and a handy fridge too. Free parking at the hotel was great as you have to pay to park on the street outside now. Location wise it is great with Zion National park a short walk or free shuttle ride away.

The property is undergoing renovation - which takes time and patience so a few amenities were not available (laundry) or were more minimal than the completed version. Hotel lobby and breakfast area - small and limited seating. I am sure these will be rectified with restoration completion.

Beautiful setting and hotel finishes were exquisite. Loved the set up, design and location. Surrounded by Zion mountains and set back from road. Serene and beautiful!

I really liked the location (there is a free shuttle that take you just from outside the hotel to the park in 10 min) and the room / hotel as a whole, which offers also a swimming pool and a jacuzzi to chill after hike

They really should have communicated to guests about the change of branding from La Quinta to The Lodge, and given some warning about the construction that is going on.

Staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were absolutely heavenly after a day of hiking. Breakfast was great, plenty of selection and good coffee!!
