The decor is a bit dated.

Easy walk to the Mets and the US Open (they also run a free shuttle bus to the tennis).

No complaints. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was a little outdated but it was clean and good sized and we had plenty of clean towels. Stayed 3 nights and the maid service was great.

Travelled with my family to Queens to attend the US Open. So close to the tournament and the hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the tennis tournament as well as LaGuardia Airport. The Plaza has a nice breakfast available in the morning as well as a nice little bar/restaurant where you can have a cocktail and a meal after a long day at the tournament.

The food was very slow for room service and was just ok tasting.

The location is ideal for an early morning flight out of LGA. The room was very clean and comfortable.

At checkin, no one told be about the pool or the wristbands or anything. No one offered to help me get all my stuff (single mom traveling with baby) onto a cart or lend a hand. In fact, one man even told me to move my stuff out of the way but didn't offer to help. No robe or slippers in the rooms. The ac was super loud. No bathtub.

Shuttle driver Anthony was so helpful and friendly and professional! Give that man a raise! He totally redeemed my stay for me and is the only reason I'm not giving this place a 3 or 4 rating. The woman at the front desk when I checked out was great too. It was about 4am on Sunday but I don't remember her name unfortunately. Super close to the airport but quiet in the rooms except for the loud ac.

The cleaners never cleaned room looked right at me across the hall when i left and still didn’t clean. Also one maid watch me come out room left my key wouldn’t open it for me had to go downstairs to get another key she was looking right at me cone out.

The front desk assistant was rude, also there is no bull man that mean if you are there with your family say welcome to the back pain, we was 4 persons with 4 big bags and 4 carry on bags it was hell coz I have back problems, no water at the room no mini bar items,

Pool extremely cold, tv kept acting up, outlets in bathroom didn’t work, blow dryer didn’t work.

Clean, facility’s weren’t crowded at all, on-site restaurants were good, staff very friendly.

Professional and friendly staff, especially in the bar/food area. The shuttle drivers were excellent. The 4 AM shuttle was much appreciated and needed.

You have to hunt down coffee for your room because they clean upon request.

Located directly across from LaGuardia with two busses to the train and a walk over to LaGuardia to catch the M60 to Harlem.

the air conditioning unit motor was so loud that I didn’t get a restful sleep. the humming was very annoying.

this is a recently renovated property. however, they need to finish by getting better furniture in the rooms. night table, desk and bureau looked mixed match. perhaps in 6 months to a year the furnishings will be better

the only thing that aggravated me is that the volume on the tv did not work even though they have a garage 30 dollars a day is a bit much but I guess they gotta get money outta people all the way round
