I had to walk really far for ice. Stairs were at the corner of buildings making us walk further. That is all.

The staff was very friendly and polite. They really did help us. We asked for towels and they delivered. It’s across the street from the Ocean. There is a surf city beach store on site. A sushi bar and a drinking bar too. The rooms where very nice and the pool was terrific

Beds were very old and noisy. Breakfast was very poor, badly organised. Not enough tables and staff slow at cleaning.

Near to cruise port and shuttle bus was handy.

We were happy with the hotel and it's close location to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel front desk staff pleasant. It has a Thai restaurant on the property and the food and the service was good.

No elevator for our heavy luggage, the bathroom in our room was absolutely disgusting, there was urine on our toilet seat when we checked into the room. Makes you wonder if the bathroom was even cleaned. Front lobby smelled very musty.

The floors needed to be clean. They needed to be mopped, you get out of the shower and walk a roos the your feet were black on the bottom. They were swept but not mopped.

The Police cars came to this property twice. Only I know. Some unknow Lady invite us for the ride to watch nighttime rocket launch Space X. Police help her out from this property.

A fabulous hotel if you are looking to visit NASA Cape Canerval. The check in reception staff were very friendly and professional. Room was very modern and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel also features a lovely pool and is nicely presented in well maintained grounds. The hotel also benefits from a fabulous sports bar which is located just above reception which serves great food and alcohol. There was plenty of parking to. Would happily return to this hotel on my next visit.

It’s a little tired and the rooms could do with some renovation especially the toilet / bath area. Breakfast could have provided more options.

Excellent location only a walk into downtown Cocoa Beach - staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and very clean. Pool area kept spotless and despite being very busy always beds and towels available. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back - Thank you La Quinta xx

i like the courtyard to the property with the pool and 2 places to sit down at, the asian restaurant was delicious too! super super close to beach as well at a great price compared to all the spot around here.

The bathtubs are old, heavy ceramic that could be upgraded, but not particularly badly stained as I have seen at other places. Pillows too soft for my comfort.

Room had upgraded flooring... no smelly carpet to deal with. Included a desk and k-cups/coffee maker... although free coffee was available 24/7 a few steps away at reception area. Breakfast was included and with a WIDE selection of fruits, bagels, make-your-own waffles, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, cereal and milk, oatmeal, toast w jams or butter and coffee with international creamers. Having stayed at a property only 5 minutes away a few weeks ago, this was a vast improvement and I will certainly consider a return here as I only live 1 1/2hr away and like to visit the beach and then spend the evening at the casino boat.

I had to make an emergency flight to Florida because my sister had surgery and had gone into an unexpected coma. She was diagnosed with sepsis and died shortly there after I booked a room for five days for just myself and although I had slept at the hospital three of those nights, I knew it was my duty to pay for all five nights. When I went to check out, I discovered that I was also charged for another night and nobody can seem to be able to figure out why that happened. I explained to the manager when he called me at the hospital, and told him that it was just me all by myself, and I had only one room and it was an error on someone’s part and I should not be charged. He apologized and said he would take care of it. I’ve been learned that he charged me for night and simply would not take it off my bill, it’s all been very upsetting.

Rooms could be updated. Bed was uncomfortable/sqeaky when moving. Bathtub in disrepair, old and chipping- seemed dirty; that was my worst complaint. Wouldn’t stand in it without my flip flops on. Property very nice otherwise.

Great breakfast area and choices. Liked the 24 hour coffee/tea availability. Beautiful pool area open for 15 hours daily. Close to restaurants/ ice cream, souvenir shopping. Easy access to beach., but a good walk away.

Breakfast ends at 9 am..Way too early for me when I'm on vacation . And the AC was really loud. Fortunatly I brought earplugs.

We had room 260, king size bed. Spacious, clean room. Very comfortable bed, light but warm comforter, plenty of soft pillows. The view on the pool is limited, and there s no balcony so... But very plaisant hotel. We stayed here a few years ago, we will come back. Good address to keep.

A few things not working in the room. Like the sink faucet, microwave & fridge not working appropriately. Also, breakfast was out of almost everything and it still had an hour to go and had to ask a few times for more food.
