The room rates in Santa Fe (in general, not just at Las Palomas) are not good value for money at least on Memorial Day weekend.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room across the street from the main building was big and comfortable. Convenient parking. One of the best hotel breakfasts we had anywhere in the US. Home made marshmallows in the lobby were delicious. Walking distance to the main square.

On site parking is available but limited. Try to arrive early!

The room was very clean and gave the feeling of comfort. The breakfast was superior in quality and choices. The front desk personnel are courteous and willing to take care of any problems. The location is convenient to the plaza. We will return each time we visit Santa Fe.

Very minimal lighting in room- could not see what was put in Dresser drawers due to low lighting in bedroom. Checked in after 7 hour drive and misunderstood that we had to request our room be cleaned. When we ask at the desk and requested one morning cleaning, we were told we could not request cleaning for the same day we asked. I suggest that be in writing in each room.

Great, comfortable and welcoming hotel in the center of Santa Fe!! Staff was kind and accommodating. Helped me get a room that suited me and my pup better (with more light and away from other rooms). Room was very spacious and cozy. Breakfast was great, fast and yummy. Really appreciated the hotel is pet friendly - my dog was even welcomed with a little goody bag! (Lots of easy parking in their private lot too) The neighborhood is safe and pretty. Within walking distance of the Plaza and other restaurants and coffee shops. I enjoyed the homey, real-Santa Fe feel (I used to live in Santa Fe). Good value for the central location and size of the room.

Room was dark and needed more lighting. Shower temperature selector in bathroom was hinky and so took needlessly long to find hot water.

Breakfast offering was excellent. Location and security also excellent.

We really enjoyed our one night stay, wish it could have been longer. The staff were great and welcoming. The property is very unique, from the private parking to room access and the cozy seating areas by the rooms and the lobby/breakfast area with a tree growing up through it, made our stay excellent. The rooms are very spacious with separate seating, small kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The bed was comfortable also. With a short walk to the town square it’s easy to see everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing I can think of.

Each room is a casita by itself. We really liked this. The whole property is a string of small houses that have been converted to rooms, expanding over the years up to a current 55 or so. There are plans to add more. All are in the adobe style of most of Santa Fe houses. Really comfortable without being fancy. The owner is a former opera tenor who actively works with his staff to create a very welcoming place. The breakfasts are really good.

We asked for clean towels twice after the second day and did not receive them.

Very pleasant and interesting facility, lovely staff and wonderful location. Near highway for easy access when driving and pleasant 8 minute walk to the plaza and that surrounding. Appreciated the parking outside our casita.

Beautiful rooms and facilities. Friendly staff with helpful tips for exploring Santa Fe. Good reading materials on the art galleries. Mainly it’s super convenient to get downtown. And the blue corn pancakes for breakfast were delicious.

The split was on the wall across from the bed and the "on" light was rather bright.

First of all, the location was great-within walking distance of the plaza. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The made-to-order breakfast was outstanding.

Floors in the room seemed a little bit sticky and maybe not as clean as I would like and when you turned on the bathtub shower it was a little loud squeaky

They included breakfast was top-notch highly recommend special order per person and you got a latte.

The rooms were clean but dusty. The exercise room needed vacuuming.

The location is great for exploring Old Santa Fe. The breakfast was fabulous-loved the breakfast tacos and fresh fruit. Coffee was excellent. Lots of personal touches-firewood and starters for the fireplace, ice cream for purchase in the lobby, friendly staff., umbrellas. The rooms had privacy and the free parking was a plus. This is a cozy hotel with a great Santa Fe vibe.

The rooms were quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. The best part was the free breakfast everyday. We had a choice of different hot breakfasts, and the cooks were excellent. Checkout time was noon, which we loved as it gave us time to go to the Saturday morning Farmer’s Market before we checked out. We would definitely stay at Las Palomas again.

Location. While others have said within walking distance to plaza, it’s too far for this senior. The cooked to order breakfast was far ahead of customary offerings.

If a person in your party has accessibility issues, make sure they get a room close to the lobby. The property is large with a lot of uneven ground.
