Of all the hotels we have stayed at, this one was one of the best. The beds were very comfortable, and the nice size room was very comfortable. Plentiful parking, great breakfast, and a great price.

Door by elevator did not work. Was not told. Had to walk around in the rain. Ice machine on 3rd floor out of order, been out since last visit 6 months ago.

Not being on the 4th floor was an issue. In the future, we would not stay there if we can't get rooms on the 4th floor. There was a bus of high school kids staying which were quite loud in their rooms.

The breakfast was great. The fireplace in the rooms did not have flames. The beds were soft, not firm enough. The maid did an excellent job! The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. I asked for top floor rooms when i booked the rooms which we did not get. As a result it sounded like so.eone upstairs was doing jumping Jack's after 11pm.

Just small things, like shower curtain not long enough, door to fridge needed to be fixed, and wished the the bathroom sink was actually in the bathroom.

I liked the value of the room in comparison to how close it actually was to the beach. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable!!

I didn't like that there were dogs in the hotel because the owners of the animals left their 💩💩 in the grass, the hotel doesn't clean them. And in the pool there is no schedule for children and adults to bathe. I wanted to enter the pool and they made a lot of noise and ran wherever they wanted entering the pool and jacuzzi, they had to set a schedule for adults and children

The back door lock to get in from the parking lot needs fixing. It has a sign on it saying card key is not working on the door. It has not been working for a couple months. Which makes it hard to park close and go directly to the elevator Hopefully they will get that fixed soon.

The tv went out due to bad weather no reception for 2 hours. It couldn’t be helped and the elevator went out at 3 pm till noon the next day they got it fixed. Sometimes things happen no control. They got it fixed. As soon as possible 😊

The tv would lose its signal from time to time and lost signal for 2 hours no tv at all The elevator went out at 3 pm till the next day at noon. We were on the 4 th floor to carry things was very difficult No elevator service from Wednesday 3pm till Thursday at 12pm noon made it very difficult coming and going to the 4 th floor.

Coffee could use some attention it’s been empty or cold, it would be nice to have heavy cream and some decent sugar free options the coffee mate is not a healthy alternative at all It would be nice if you advertise the room detail more, I prefer a fireplace room that would be a deciding factor for me

I usually try for the fireplace but this is one of my go to places usually clean and functional
