Awful-worst eggs Benedict ever. Not hot, muffin not toasted, lemon sauce vs hollandaise. All pillows were too soft!!!!! Furniture upholstery needs refreshment. Hand towels were frayed. View was maintenance shed😢. Front desk folks need to smile when Checking in. They seemed joyless.

Beautiful grounds! Fantastic young bartender…very joyful, hard-working and Accommodating!

It is time to start to renovate. It’s definitely has some wear and nicks. The white marble in bathroom has no finish. Stuff like that. Reminds me late 80’s-90’s. We were in lodge 1 of course meaning we had to walk to main building for breakfast and check out. Mild inconvenience

It’s really easy to get too. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

No fitted sheets, Keurig water well was not clean(usual case with Keurigs), low staff in coffee shop(it’s everywhere), noisy doors leaving room and outside door next to us.

We were in Rm 121. Outside the door had a very strong cat urine odor. We couldn’t even sit out there.

The staff was great , especially Kassie. The restaurant was good but pricey. Our waitress was really pleasant

The entire building had no heat. They were sold out and could not move us to rooms with heat. I was not offered any discount. I was cold the entire stay even with the extra blankets. The door stuck very badly and made a horrible sound when opening and closing.

Breakfast was not included, but was available for purchase and it was ok.

Beautiful property! Very nice beds and rooms. It’s left but kept up well. The only issue we had was the front desk attendant gave us the wrong room number and building. It was late when we arrived and so we had to work that out by going back and forth from the rooms and office. I felt she should have given us a free breakfast for our troubles, but she didn’t. Overall a very nice stay.

I booked a king room, but ended up with 2 queen beds. I chose not to complain as the price was the same and that was not something I was willing to complain about. The shower spilled a lot of water into the floor because the glass did not contain the water. I didn't particularly like walking up a set of stairs to get to the room, only because we were moving and had just loaded the trailer with all our household goods and furniture, so we were quite hot and tired by the time we got to the room and the last thing I wanted to do was carry one more thing up a set of stairs. (that was purely a situational comment).

The hotel was in a nice location and the property was very nice. The pool was very nice and refreshing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and met our needs. Good value for a nice place to stay in Cheyenne.

We needed the soft atmospheres and the space that was given. Nice and friendly staff, clean rooms and also very clean outside. So Nice to walk around the area before the golfers started in the mornings. Only thing that eventually could disturb was the heavy truck traffic nearby. But we kind of not bothered cause the rest was good.

Shower doors on tub allowed water to flood out of shower. Took most of our towels to clean it up.
