I didn't like being on 1st floor and the fact that you had to walk through pool area to get to vehicle. Also the carpet or the smell where we was, it was awful. It could have been better my stay

I like the view but next would like to stay on level 2 or higher

I didn't like the check in at all. He was not friendly didn't explain nothing I am handicap he didn't even ask if I needed to be accommodated in any way and I have never had that happen. I had to stand the whole time and that's hard for me and he seen me struggling. An to start he kept walking away and picking up the phone like he didn't really wanna check me in.. I had a scooter delivered and I called and texted ahead and all he said was I don't know just look around the corner..

One of the hot tubs was freezing cold. The pool was way warmer. Several broken doors.

I love the fact that the pool was heated for the windy weather. A Starbucks in lobby for breakfast needs.

Beds were very firm, shower didn’t have a place to put soap/body wash, seen a lot of hair in different places.

I didn't like I didn't get the room I put in for, we had to make the different room work that was given to us. I sign up for suite with 2 queen bed oceanfront, but was giving the king oceanfront suite. Sleeping on the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but we just made it work. Thank God.

I’ll say there wasn’t much we didn’t like at the same time the bathroom was super small definitely can’t fit two in there at the same time. The description of the room said oven side view but we had more of a street view than ocean. We had to look out the balcony to the side for a view of the ocean which still wasn’t a good view. I was also promised something for free for booking a “last minute deal” ie a show or dinner and never received that. I only got a booklet of coupons to use.

The property was really nice a little dated but we enjoyed it a lot. The pools were perfect for our children and it’s literally off the beach. The food was good especially the Due South Dip. The breakfast was buffet style very decent. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all we would stay again. Just wish there was more around the place ie restaurants and a little shopping after driving several hours getting back in the car was a little overwhelming but that’s just my personal opinion.

Very unsatisfied with requesting a high floored room but was put on 2nd floor where ppl could jus walk past my window while dressing so was very very uncomfortable. Jus tryna relax but the feeling uncomfortable because my whole family vacation ppl walked past my window looking in few even waved. So instead me catch the sunrise n beach I had to close drapes to relax

They didn’t do a walkthrough. I found a used wash towel still hanging up the in the bathroom. Other than that everything else was good.

1. The parking garage ,there wasn’t enough parking spots on our floor so we would have to go up a floor. 2. The bedrooms were right next to the parking garage and you could hear people driving with loud exhaust , loud music . 3. I had a lady take photos of my vehicle because it was on, I guess she work here but she didn’t say anything to me nor my husband when we came out of our room. Instead, she looked at us and began speed walking towards the elevators . Later found out she sent the picture to a ground stating our vehicle had been running for a while which was not the case .

The property was on to the beach . Which was great . Rooms were clean, updated and nice. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was wonderful. Staff was great . We called and asked for new bedding and we came back from our outing, we had new sheets and clean towels and wash cloths .
