Breakfast was poor. Luke warm coffee. Rubbery frittata. No real service. We had it included but wouldn’t have like to have paid $25 per person.

Something small: Sometimes breakfast food was finished e.g. We only got cream cheese on one day. The other days they ran out of it. It was the same with the delicious cinnemon buns. But the breakfast was otherwise very delicous and there was always plenty.

Luma hotel is very good located e.g. close to times square, summit one vanderbilt, briant park, moma, cental station and several subway stations. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and nice. We really liked to be able to have breakfast before heading out! This was a perfect start of the day. The bar and restaurant are also very comfortable but elegant and they serve excellent food and drinks. The elevator takes you fast to every floor.

Anyone can design a beautiful room. The room was spacious and up to date. That is rivaled all over town. Choose LUMA Times Square because of the wonderful staff that will make your stay feel luxurious, comfortable and memorable. Can't get a better location. Mid town, Times Square and Bryant Park are at your doorstep!

A little more diversity at breakfast would have been great. However the provided food was ok quality-wise, I cannot complain about that.

Clean spacious rooms, location is excellent for Manhattan. This hotel is close to everything! Rooms are decorated nicely and if you reserve a superior floor the view is nice also. Price-wise the hotel is on the expensive side, but for Manhattan prices I would say this is normal.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful! Everyone is nice, rooms are in excellent condition. The most striking thing, in my opinion, is the Dyson hair drier which we had in the room. My wife loved it and was very welcomed. The view from the room was fantastic.The room was very quiet and the A.C. was very efficient. The bed and the linen are wonderful.Last, but not least, the Etro toiletries were very good and we enjoyed them a lot.

Fabulous location. 1 block off Time Square. beautiful large room and perfect bathroom with great lighting. new modern decor. comfy beds. Knowledgeable pleasant staff always there to help. we travel a lot and this has been one of our best experiences. Stay there!

Bit of a timing issue in the restaurant which meant we didn’t eat in the restaurant as booked the night before but ended up having a pizza at the bar. Bit disappointing and delayed our evening but staff were extremely apologetic and provided a discount without being asked to do so.

Honestly everything was perfect.

Location was unbeatable, property was comfortable, staff was really nice, helpful, cheerful. Hotel was nice and clean. Our room was comfortable, big considering New York standards. Bathroom was beautiful. Complimentary coffee in room. Got a pack n play for the baby to sleep in. Already recommending and probably staying again at LUMA Times Square when visiting NYC
