Don’t like how slow the service was at the seaside beach bar and grill. Me and my husband were sitting at the bar on our anniversary with about 5 other people and 3+ bartenders and the only way you could get another drink is by flagging down the bartenders. They were too busy talking to each other or other staff or making drinks and pouring them into cups just for themself to drink… we ended up just leaving after 2 drinks… Also the last day we were there the pool at the embassy was not working so EVERYONE from 3 hotels had to go into one small pool. You would think if one pool was down you would open up the Cavalier club hotel pool to all guests to make up for this huge inconvenience. I couldn’t even go to the pool because of how many people were there and every single chair being taken. It is annoying being advised as you can use anything on all 3 properties but you can’t use the pool that is right in the middle of everything. Also an inconvenience when the late night restaurant closes early so you can’t even get a pizza 15 minutes before they close. Over all it was a good stay but things like that is what makes this hotel a 3 stars hotel.

They charged my card even though I asked if they could do a split payment so I had to wait three to four days for the charge to fall off of my card and also I did make some recommendations to staff about the ceiling was peeling in my room above the vent and the curtains were look moldy or dirty. When I turned on the AC it made a loud noise

It would have been nice if there was a discount on the holiday lights for people staying in the hotel.

Wow the restaurant on the first floor was great. We really enjoyed breakfast looking out at the beach. We loved looking out the balcony to the beach and could see the holiday lights in the distance. We also enjoyed dinner at the rooftop restaurant. We had a wonderful stay.

The pool should be opened 24/7 , if it needs to be closed while cleaning, atleast keep the pool open until 1am. That way late arriving guest can unwind relaxing in the pool then go to sleep 😴. With all that you can do here, being able to cool off and relax in the pool would be nice. I didn't want to go 😩 I had to be out by 11am. Just enough time for breakfast and pool to finish changing to leave. I needed more time. The view from the 22nd floor made me want to live there.

I actually had my breakfast next-door buffet 😋 I got up too late the first day, 😩 But my Dinnr was awesome 👌 then my lunch was good too. Then my last dinner was at the GG e pier, having the salmon 😋
