Room smelled a bit, and we had trouble with the tv in our room, so we had to move to another room. The new room tv worked for a few minutes and we accidentally hit a button and could no longer connect to direct tv. The bathroom was small and no coffee maker. The microwave and fridge were outdated.

The room was spacious and the staff were nice.

No toilet paper holder. Tiny, scratchy towels. No bedside lamps, just ceiling lights that couldn’t be adjusted. When the fan was running, the air from it blew the drapes away from the window, reducing both privacy and air flow.

Central location, walking distance to restaurants and downtown. Rooms are clean and have been updated. You can tell that they are putting money into the property.

The room was a bit dirty. One of our towels was dirty (looked like blood stains).

The place was in a great spot, really close to stores and the downtown area of Klamath Falls. It was super easy to get around and check out what the area has to offer. The facilities were decent, with the A/C keeping things cool, though it was a bit loud. Overall, it was a pretty comfortable stay.

While the ceiling lighting is good, there wasn't a bedside lamp.

Good sized room, bed was comfortable, there's a mini-fridge, and there's a brew pub 100 yards away. The staff is friendly and check-in easy. Can walk to downtown. I have stayed here many times over the years.

could have been a bit cleaner--think they are in process of removing the carpeting in the motel..so future stay would be cleaner.

room flooring was quite stained and there was no coffee maker as listed. seemed to be some mattress cover sheet stains not readily seen. bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. close to places to eat.

These are a few things I didn't like: 1. The bathroom ceiling was dripping water down the wall and there was a big bubble under the paint that looked full of water on the wall above the shower. As well as another one further down the wall behind the toilet. It looked like it had broke open. The paint was separated from the wall looking like a pocket. The wall was soft & wet. Seems like a plumbing issue, maybe busted pipes. 2. The room was non-smoking but had a cigarette smell. 3. I had noticed the smoke detector had been covered in plastic and had ended up going off a couple times out of nowhere. 4. The A/C unit does not get cold enough. 5. The room had no lamps for when its late at night & you want to relax. Only overhead lights in every corner of the room that were so bright. 6. The ice machine didn't work at all.

I liked that the staff was very welcoming & kind. The bed was really comfortable & the price wasn't bad.

Towels didn’t seem 100% clean

We got to our place and quickly got the room we'd booked. It was just what we expected – a bed, counter, and a small bathroom. Surprisingly clean for the price, with a faint laundry and musty smell, but nothing bad. The AC worked fine, and we could see our parked car. Overall, it felt comfy and safe for a pitstop between Washington state and California.
