The pool was too small and looked cloudy after a day of use with overcrowding of people and could have been a bit cooler but it was nice that it was warm enough to be pleasant enough to swim in. Nothing worse than a cold pool you can't swim in. The hot tub was enjoyable but could have been a bit hotter, non the less, it was VERY relaxing and enjoyable!! Call Gordon Ramsey for help with the restaurant. We enjoyed the fried potatoes for breakfast! Offering fresh fruit medley such as melons, berries, and grapes rather than just whole apples in a basket as well as omletes with fresh veggies would have been a nice option. Salsa and Caseo were the worst I've ever eaten. Make sure linen is provided in the room for the sleeper sofa and get a better mattress. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion could have been a bit bigger but I loved the upscale stress relief fragrance!!! Please, please, please change the night hours for the game room area. 10 pm is too early!!! Midnight would be more reasonable but I understand the noise problem because the rooms with glass doors have no sound barrier.

The polite, professional, and friendly staff, especially Reuben who made our time in the swimming pool enjoyable by his friendliness, service, and professionalism. Also, our family enjoyed playing the billiard tables!! Elevators and non-smoking facilities were appreciated! Thank you! The option for room service was a real treat. Loved the Adult hours for the pool!!! I would make those hours to start at 10 rather than 11pm but I'm a night owl by nature so that worked for me. The beds where so comfortable and enjoyed having plenty of pillows and those were comfy also!! Thank you for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

I was very upset that I booked with Booking.com and about 2 days after I booked, there was prices $30 cheaper, and I wasn't able to change it. I didn't like that the amenities like the pool closed before I could really use it after a very long drive. Coming in real late.

I love the breakfast. The staff was wonderful. The room was great. Everything, for the most part was great. I'll stay there again if I can get cheaper rates.

I would have liked more in the fitness center. Mat, foam roller, Bosu, etc. There was plenty of cardio, but not much weight equipment.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Restaurant was good with friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable with a nice variety of pillows.

Cannot hear the televisions in rooms. We stayed 2 nights and never got housekeeping. Had to go to front desk for coffee and trash bags as ours were full. Bartender was not professional. She paid little attention to us and we were 2 of 4 customers. She was too busy complaining about how taco bell messed up her order and cursing with the other guest who were obvious regulars. We didn't finish our drinks and did not return to lounge.

The breakfast was amazing. I worked in Vegas casinos and this is one of the best

Bathtub looked pretty old. The bottom of tub could use some bleaching along with the washrags.

Breakfast was great. Even though we were there at almost closing time for breakfast, the food was still hot and accessible and the servers were still friendly and helpful.

Our basketball kids had to stay at a nearby hotel because MCM had maintenance issues. We chose this hotel just to stay by our kids.

It was not really on our route of travel, but since they have such a good name....we went there anyways. The breakfast was real nice.
