The hotel was nice however, not as clean as it could have been. The staff was great.. cleaning team could pay a little more attention to detail.

We stayed for three nights and had breakfast each day. The tables at the restaurant were not clean. The staffs uniform were sloppy.. except for Maurice. The cook walked around eating..and scratching his beard..

We had a king room - #814. The view was bad, and a little invasive, as there is a building right across (really close), where there are offices. They could look right into our windows if we didn’t keep the shades closed. Also, every morning, 5:30am-7ish, we awoke to trucks backing up(beeping) - I’m thinking garbage trucks right below us and then the banging of the dumpster…

The hotel was wonderful with the various bars - the Ledger was great, and the vault was amazing. We had a wonderful bartender Maris(sp?) All of the staff were top notch. We had great food and drink there.

I didn’t know I had to call in for cleaning my room?! Door hanger with the sign to clean was not available. No water in the fridge, empty! What is that?!

The fact that I was overcharged and for what they can't say for sure, I called and was told sorry for the inconvenience and to watch my account and it should automatically come off my account in 3-5 days. She didn't sound very convincing or confident in what she was telling me! Also I requested a early check in which I understand isn't always possible and since I got no reply we just went after check in time and the room initially was not ready. There were several other people waiting on their rooms to be ready as well. Then I was told check in isn't right at 4pm it's between 4-6pm. So basically they have until 6pm to have your room ready. We did actually get right in after I stated I requested early check in due to reservations we had made in another town and needed to get ready. I guess I expected more for paying so much, as I've never had any of these issues in any other place we've ever stayed.

It was very clean and a very nice hotel throughout. The room had an exceptional layout and the tub was extremely cozy.

We had been looking into several hotels and decided on the Metropolitan for a nice weekend after a very long travel, to combine work and leisure. Unfortunately the hotel was very disappointing. The suite was noisy, something was dripping in the bathroom all the time. The room was next to the rooftop on the adjacent building with some noisy equipment on the roof. But what was really disappointing was the service. You would think when you booked a 5 * hotel that coast 5-600$ per night that there would be decent service. We had a long day, came back to the hotel at 5 pm to find the room not clean, no new towel or amenities. I called the reception and was told the would fix this. Noone came and at 6 pm, I called again and was told housekeeping was gone for the day. I then asked for clean towels and was told they would bring some. It didn’t arrive. I had to call for the 4 th time the next morning to get towels before shower. I had also asked for a rope and slippers the first day but that was not delivered either. When I complained about this, they just said sorry. I would perhaps expect this in a 1-2* hotel

Room was spacious as to be expected for a king’s suite. Nice shower and bathtub.

TV system needs to be updated. TV kept freezing up and not showing clear. Pasificly the youtube. Water in bathroom sink did not look clean. Also could not take a decent shower because the shower head came off

For the amount of money and person spends at this hotel they should have to pay for the well over charged parking that is charged daily and then have to walk across a very busy street with luggage. The valet provided is very expensive too even more than the self parking. $45 a day to park is wild to me.

Cleanliness , peaceful , the accommodations. The fact that it's next to entertainment. The restaurant food was great. Staff was very polite and helpful. The rood top bar is an experience and I loved it

There was dust on the vents and the ceiling of the room it was also all over the room. On the tables, chairs and bed. I didn't realize any of this until i had. friend visit who advised me to have the hotel staff come vacuum it up. They did so which was greatly appreciated,

Food was scrumptious. The interior of the hotel is designed impeccably. Absolutely beautiful.

The air would not come on the issued room 76 degrees most of our stay. I finally called the front desk in the evening and they sent maintenance up to reset the unit. The room finally cooled down about 3 hours later. Employees working do not look happy in fact it felt like anytime you approached one you were putting them out by just your mere presence. We purchased the breakfast in the morning be included with our stay. At check-in we were told we have up to $40 to purchase breakfast at Centro. The breakfast menu is very limited and is NOT worth including when booking room. When given our bill the waitress said we could not charge it to the room because something was not working and we had to pay cash and they would have the front desk refund our account but this time the refund was only going to be $30 after ongoing arbitration of he said she said I just paid cash for bill and tip and said I am done arguing about this.
