Had an unusual odor in the room and it was hot upon arrival. Found out the last occupant had food in the drawers of the room and the remnant spoiled which was the reason why the smell was there. No microwave in the room.

Rude biker group staying at hotel came home at 12:30 and 12:45. Their bikes, loud yelling, and music in the parking lot woke us and other guests. A friendly high school baseball team stayed there too. They crowded up the breakfast area but were very respectful. These issues were not necessarily problems that would reoccur. Breakfast was typical, mediocre with no protein. Location was away from attractions but walking distance to restaurants and fairly close to a few stores. Didn't use indoor pool that was about the size of a large jacuzzi. One of the many lights in the room didn't work.

Comfortable. Decent sized room with couch. Clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and eager to help. Discounts at 3 next-door restaurants. Microwave and fridge. Luggage carts. Complimentary breakfast. Good value.

Walls were a little thin, I could definitely hear other guests. Room/facility is not pristine but is well cared for. I wasn't expecting the full wall of mirrors behind the headboard.

Super comfortable bed and pillows, room was spotlessly clean.

Arrived at 10 pm to a guy playing video games in the back room. He barely knew how to check me in, and he would not accept my Dad's credit card which I used to make the reservation, because it was a different first name--this is the first time this has happened to me in a long time. To make matters worse, within an hour of checking in my credit credit had been compromised and cancelled. I can't prove anything, but the timing was very suspicious!

The window seat cushion was dirty with snags in the fabric. The room was an assessable room that I requested. However, the room smelled like a dirty diaper. The breakfast selection was very limited. The man at the desk addressed me with, “Yo.” I found this very unprofessional.

The location is close to several restaurants and you even get 10% off a food order if you show your room key card. The location is also near the interstate.

Only one light over the head of the bed. Separate reading lights would have been more convenient. Only one side of the bed had easy access to a wall receptacle. We would have liked to have a microwave.

The 2nd floor room we had was quiet even with traffic nearby. The room layout was well designed. There was a nice variety for breakfast. The room refrigerator was spacious and regulated the temperature fairly well.

There was no microwave in our room. They didn’t offer chocolate chip muffins or danish at breakfast. There was only one waffle maker & one family kept hogging it.

The mirrors above the bed. The bench at the window. Those are unique features I don’t see at other hotels.

The breakfast was okay. There was a variety of hot and cold foods available. They ran out of coffee but once a guest alerted staf, more and fresh coffee was brought in. Appreciated the fresh fruit. There did not seem to be much milk available and for a long time i could not find water to make my oatmeal. Finally realized the sink which look like a handwashing sink must be also be the source of water for heating oatmeal

There were hairs from a previous guest in the shower and sink. Not so many that I couldn't wash them away, but they were in the sink and bathtub/shower.

Communication could’ve been better. Instead of being locked out of the facility, and our room staff could’ve put a note on the door or under the door to contact the front desk for any issues or they could’ve called me.

There are no hot water options in the snack/coffee area other than the microwave.

The location was excellent. The Inn was clean & quiet. The staff were very nice & polite. The room was small but very comfortable. Nice view from my window of the main road & nearby restaurants.

The shower head was too low (we are both tall)

Easy to find and good location. Beds were comfortable and the room had some toiletries and tea/ coffee which we appreciated. Breakfast options were good. Overall really good value for money
