We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNo coffee at desk and no coffee maker in the room. They need to inform their clients that there is a $100 cash deposit when reserving the room which I did not know about until my arrival.
The floor in the in the rooms are not carpet which I think all hotels need to do. And the room was decently clean but needed linen upgrades because there were burn holes in some of the bedding.

United StatesBeds... They are FIRM. Air is not great. Been worse but this could be a lot better. If your room is close to the lobby you will hear EVERYTHING. staff is very nice and a delight to talk to. The pillows are not comfortable. Bring your own pillows. thank us later.
The bath room was nice , clean and water pressure great. It has a fart fan for anyone that wonders.

Excellent manager and staff. The accommodation was a bit spartan but I expected that. When you travel with a pet it is that way. You have a good location. Motel Six might want to think about upgrading the furniture and electronics. It is a bit weathered. The staff kept the place very clean and were every responsive the our needs.

United StatesWhen the staff changed, I got threatened to be kicked out and police called on me because I had a delivery of a very important package to my room and I was confronted by the front desk no guests what so ever and if I continue not only will I be kicked out but cops will be called. I offered to leave right away but didn’t feel like my private matters should be investigated by the stuff like that just because I received a newly refurbished phone as a gift delivered to my room. I paid for the room, nothing illegal was being held or performed yet one trip to smoke outside got me a lecture of my life and brought on a presence of total seclusion and aggression which I’ve never experienced, I wanted to leave and offered to leave if that’s what they wanted but the staff member backed off at that point but he stated that the manger was watching me on camera and the one guest who didn’t even stay with me 30 minutes walked in and walked out. Idk if I should feel like a booked a room at a jail or at a hotel. Felt out of place disturbed and over all shocked and disappointed. The one night I am staying here and I’m told none of my friends or family are allowed.
I liked the initial check in the staff was great at making everything go smoothly.

Great location for the purpose of our trip there which we attended a concert at the CCNB amphitheater! We were given a newly renovated room and the staff were nothing but excellent to us. All staff members were friendly and professional.
