Roommate buddy. It felt like the show Survivor, when one person’s goal is to control the minds of others for gain. The common fridge area needs cleaning.

For the breakfast which was included in the booking, there was only one meal option available (eggs, fries & bacon/or sausages). It was tasty, however not ideal if you stay for multiple days (I stayed for 3 nights) and you get the same meal every morning.

I booked Selina to visit the Miami Open (in Miami Garden). For this occasion it was perfect. Quite easy to reach from the airport as well. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Even though the pictures of the room in the booking did not match the actual room 1:1. During the first night the air condition did not work and it was quite hot in the room, but after I addressed it, they fixed it and installed a different air con.

The family room was pretty spare. No way to hang clothes or anywhere to put your suitcase except on the beds or floor.

The hotel was charming with a great pool, a restaurant and a great bar.

There was no hair dryer in the room (you have to take it from the reception leaving your id) and refrigerator. The air conditioning was super noisy. For us, the mattress was too soft

Some of the staff kinda rude, no WiFi the last day, not enough parking for all cars, there were a lot of cars parked with no hotel permit and they never did anything

Pool pump wasn't working and the water quality was not good to swim in.

Selina Gold Dust was super clean and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Plus the soaps/lotions they have in the bathrooms smell amazing!

Bed is not comfy and pillows are too tall There was a loud music by the pool (on a Thursday) until late night probably around 3am at least. Not sure why if there was no one at the pool The light of the corridor keeps the room bright at night The room description said there is a desk, I thought it was a working desk but it is actually a small table that it is too short to work from. There was a wall plug freshener that was super strong, we had to disconnect and put inside the bathroom since we have allergies

I woke up at 2am with really bad flute music playing, I couldn't sleep again for 2 hours (4am) until i eventually located some ear plugs. It didnt sound like it was coming from the bar underneath. I should have gone to the reception but i was so tired at that point. Also the AC really struggled to keep the room cool. It was located a bit too far away from where I wanted to go.

The rooms were big. There was a nice pool with chairs around it. There was also a co working space should you need it

There was no TV in the room, which was totally fine for us, but I know some guests would not like that because it is very bare bones. This place is simple accommodations and good for a short stay, but it felt safe and comfortable.

The location was perfect for us because we were visiting friends in Miami Shores. The surrounding area seemed to be nice with lots of stores and everything you would need. Just a few minutes away by car are excellent restraurants.

Upon arrival we had no time to check-in because we had to return our rental car in time. We just wanted to deposit our baggage and check - in after we returned the car-as I told the staff member. He said no problem but proceeded to look at my booking and hesitated to give me tags for the luggage and to tell me what the problem with the booking was. This really frustrated me. After 2 nights we hung the 'please clean room' sign outside our door but nothing happened until 1 day later when the cleaning lady just came in our room without knocking. She was really nice, but I think knocking would be the standard, no?! The rooms had really thin walls and ceilings apparently and we had to knock 2(!)at the door of our upstairs neighbor at 3 in the morning, because she thought that would be a really good time to clean her room and move the furniture and overall walking like a drunk toddler/elephant which was loud enough to wake us up. There was itinerary hanging in the lounge which we only saw when checkout, the very nice bartender at the diner told us about the program(yoga etc.) in our last night.

TINY rooms and the staff was very unhelpful. most of their staffs English was their 2nd language so communicating in person and over the phone was a bit difficult
