The internet is slow, so streaming doesn’t really work. If you have anything less than a V6 the drive to get to it is tough. There are some steep inclines and curvey roads on the way up that were difficult for my vehicle to handle.

It was beautiful. It lived up to its name. It is on a dead end road in the woods up the mountain. The hot tub out on the porch is amazing. It was spacious and clean.

The hot tub although definitely usable should have been cleaner.

The location was absolutely beautiful. Stunning mountain views and seclusion but only 20 minutes from all the fun and attractions. The cabin was immaculate. Not even a speck of dust to be spotted. Nicely decorated and the bed was super comfy. 10 out of 10 would definitely rebook.

It’s a minor issue but the theater room sound system has a short in the wire so that the sound frequently went out while watching movies.

The bathroom needs light in the shower And the cleaning could be a little better. But it’s still very acceptable.

It has a lot of privacy. The contact with nature and the sound of the forest was incredible, the beds are very comfortable. The decoration is very nice.

Nothing bad to say at all. The pool table could be placed at an angle to avoid the walls better when playing. The house rules wouldn't allow moving any furniture. .

The location was nice, not too close to town and not too far away. I enjoyed the quiet time with the family. The pool table was nice but a cramped. We still enjoyed playing pool though and the hot tub.

The only thing that I didn’t find perfect was the floors are loud and squeaky. I’m not sure if this is normal for cabin being this is the first I’ve stayed in. I wouldn’t say It was bad but that means for us with kids staying on upstairs meant everybody was up at 6 when they woke up.

It can use a bit more TLC with the cleaning crew, if the owner is paying for cleaning they need to hire a new crew, also no real heating downstairs in the room, was cold make to bring extra blankets just in case, the internet can be better

The location was good , the communication was excellent with the owner ,any questions where answered right away, cabin was nice , the jacuzzi was fun, plenty of entertainment, had lots of pans ,dishes to cook with, not to far from Pigeon forge

Had a bit of trouble locating the info for the WIFI and signing in. Electronics should be updated so you can access your Netflix, Hulu and YouTube accounts... people aren't really carrying DVDS anymore.

It is named Mountain Seclusion for a reason! You literally go to the end of the road with only one neighbor who you won't see due to the woods! My wife and I enjoyed the peace and quiet with nature and each other's company. Was our honeymoon trip and we are both busy people who deal with the public and their issues with our professions.... perfect spot for a quiet getaway with no deadlines or emergencies and no people! Great hot tub on the porch and jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Lovely cabin decor!
