The only thing bad I could say about the place was that the kitchen area was tiny and there was no fan in there so when we cooked, the smoke alarm kept going off.

We liked that is was a cheap place to stay and that it had kitchen facilities for us to cook while we were there. The bed was very comfortable. Check-in and parking were easy.

Other guests partying until all hours of the night right outside our room. The showers are too small.

The bathtub was old, and in the bedroom. the light in the bathroom was behind you when you were trying to shave, to put on makeup.

Breakfast was at Sam and Omie's which was very good- but there was a wait

Could hear neighbors through the walls and curtains did not block light right outside of room. Very bright all night made it difficult to sleep. Low water pressure in shower.

Wonderful location! Across the street from the beach and pier! Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Hallways not very clean Floors, walls and railings. In room, I wore flip flops the entire time. Floor seemed a little dirty. Furniture old and dusty. Lamps not working.

Location. Rooms were ok. Beds very comfy. Shower and towels very good. Easy parking. Man at front desk very nice and willing to assist with any questions/issues. Locks on doors seemed secure. TV worked great. Not much view from 2nd floor ocean view but it was ok. Room was large. Coffee maker worked fine. Curtains are black out and seem newish... Just wish the place was cleaner and old dated furniture was not there.

coffee maker over flowed, cleanliness was not as good as our other time staying at this hotel, specifically the floor was sticky to the touch.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and have always been pleased with the service. The fact that it is pet friendly, located close to the area we needed to be and price are our main concerns as well as cleanliness.

Paint and walls were a little chipped and dated. Could use better sound proofing

Room and bathroom were large. Staff were really nice. Check in and check out were a breeze and there was good parking. The site merry my needs

Very small room. Nowhere to put suitcases. Very small shower/toilet area. Drain cover in shower loose. Some towels need replacing others ok. Vanity basin was in main bedroom area, coffee maker was on this space, so everything was a juggle for room. Microwave was very slow to heat food , even heating water for a cup of tea was slow. Room always smelt damp. Gaps in doorway.

Comfortable bed. The location for our purposes was good. The staff were obliging. Great store directly across the street. Walk to beach, restaurants. Microwave and fridge. Quiet at night.

The shower is small but did the job. The water Temps were great. The bed was comfy but the pillows were not so good. Next time I think I need a bottom floor cause bad ankle and steps are not good.

The location of the hotel is great. Just cross the street to the pier and the beach. The man at the desk was very nice and helpful when we had to check in late. We really enjoyed the short getaway.

Seems new management isn't caring like the old,it's not as clean,faucet was beyond loose,water not hot it wasn't cold but all the way to hot to shower.had to unplug microwave to make coffee,unplug coffee to use micro I mean really an adapter is 2 bux.key only worked one nite the next day I had to have it redone.

I have stayed here more than a dozen times over the years,location is great,it's affordable and it used to be very nice.

Didn't have tv for the first day and a half. Had no espn during the sweet 16 of March madness. The toilet was extremely low to the floor. Made it hard to get up and down. It was very loud.

Location was awesome. Grocery store, fishing pier and restaurants in walking distance.
