There weren't any utensils for the grill. Yeah, that is literally the only negative thing I can even come up with concerning the property itself. On a separate note, it will take a 5-10 business days to get your security and pet deposits back. Try not to be overly anxious like we were. Even dealing with us getting impatient about our refund, the hosts were more than considerate to us. I would absolutely stay here again.

First, the hosts are amazing. Very quick responses! Second, the home was awesome and comfortable to relax in. Loved the hot tub and hammocks. Beds were very comfortable. Lastly, the location was about as good you could possibly get for access to Joshua Tree National Park! Big tip is go early, before the gates open at 0730, or you'll be waiting in a long line. The views and wildlife at the property are wonderful. We ate dinner on the front patio each night and the rabbits and quail always showed up to say "hi". Even saw road runners and a falcon. Just a great quiet neighborhood to relax in after a day in the park. The single bathroom worked great for us. Shower was awesome with good water pressure. Same for the outdoor shower for the hot tub. Fridge, stove, and dishwasher were all top-notch. Regular drip coffee maker and a French press type were available. I'm racking my brain to think of anything negative to say and I can only come up with 2. Both are very minor.

This is not a place to bring your kids, we did not have children...but I think if u did it wouldn't be a good place.

I was really impressed with the decore....the whole place I believe is venetian plaster....I liked it so much I want to do it in my house. Nice comfortable bed, new appliances, easy to use TV. Easy to walk into town.

I couldn't find a vegetable peeler in the kitchen (minor problem) Would have been nice to have a shelf for clothes in the bedrooms, and more hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom.

The kitchen had very nice appliances and everything I needed, including a French press coffee maker, a rice cooker, microwave, and water filter. The bowl of chocolates was a nice touch. Bathroom was very nice with excellent quality towels and soaps, etc. Washer and dryer were also top quality.

Gorgeous house, so beautifully designed, very centrally located in JT (we were able to walk to dinner!), the hot tub was amazing, everything was as advertised - or better! Totally worth the money. I would stay again. The host was also very communicative and easy to contact.

We loved the place. It is beautifully decorated. The location is great. The area is really safe and quiet. The hot tub is a definitely a nice treat after a day hike.

The bathroom could have been more clean. There was some trash left in the bathroom trash can when we arrived.

It was perfect in every way. My parents and I enjoyed our stay over my birthday weekend. It has everything you need and more. You can’t beat the location and the view. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay at JT.

Neighbor ran a swamp cooler in the evenings that was a little distracting but once it went off the still quiet was glorious. Most likely only happens during very hot days,,,

Location was perfect - centrally located and close to downtown. The property had a nice hammock and several sitting areas to see the stars at night and perfect spots to meditate. Very dark sky so it looks like a planetarium. Quiet neighborhood. Cozy simple and clean accommodations. Nice uplifting reading materials... Savid was responsive and kind. The property is behind a gate so it gives a feeling of security however, the neighborhood is very safe. Very nice master shower with two heads. I did not try the hot tub but it looked clean and inviting. It looks recently upgraded. You can tell the owner put his heart into making this property a special place that vibes with the desert feel,,, I found everything I needed in the kitchen,

The gated house is framed by attractive desert landscape and views of hills. The exterior and interior design is minimal, tranquil and stylish. Enjoyed a restful sleep on the comfortable bed after relaxing under the stars in the clean hot tub. The Wi-Fi is fast and the house is within walking distance to town. Liked the outdoor fire pit and general relaxed vibe that the property inspires. David, the property host, was friendly and quick to answer questions when Booking.com’s billing and arrival instructions were an issue.
