The location is excellent with easy access in two directions to move about Branson on the backroads. Location is exceptionally quiet. Everything you need is in the Condo. Communication with property management was easy and always timely with their responses. Going back in November!

We did have difficulty locating the place but the owner was very attentive and helpful. He made some adjustments for us which were so appreciated.

It needed to be dusted and there were Christmas decorations still up. But it didn’t affect the stay at all. I would definitely stay here again!

Haha really nothing. But if a sign with the letter “G” and arrow pointing to the building could be added to main entrance when you drove in it would help.

The condo is so in inviting! From walking though the front door to making your way to the balcony. It is so inviting and has a relaxed feel! The bathrooms were well thought out with a walk in shower to garden tub. Meets the needs of everyone in your group. Beds are comfortable!!! Will be staying here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The noise from the condo above us. There must have been children as we could hear running every evening. I rated cleanliness down some due to hair in the bathroom sink and the dining room table had crumbs on it still and a the living room floor was a little dirty. Even with this I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the condo was excellent. Everything we wanted to do was easily accessible. The condo was spacious and accommodated our group of 7 easily.

We loved EVERYTHING! However, the fireplace needs an instruction manual. The temp was 0 degrees outside and we could not get the fireplace to heat more than 10 minutes so we were pretty chilly in the living room.

We loved absolutely everything from the moment we walked in the door and didn't want to leave. Such an incredibly comfortable, inviting and clean condo with all the things you would ever need. The beds were better than our sleep number at home and wished we could take them home with us. I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful condo rental. It is the best place we have ever stayed and we vacation a lot. Don't hesitate to book this rental, we can't wait to go back. The owner is very friendly and responsive as well.
