Perfect location right on the beach. The rooms were very cute. The front desk was friendly and they gave the hotel a hometown feel. Rooms were updated very nicely.

The floor wasn’t as clean as it should, my socks turned to be black from walking on the ground. There was lots of sand and dust, other than the floor everything was amazing

The shower temperature went randomly to scalding hot to ice cold, to scalding and cold, no steady temperature

The beach was close and beautiful, The hotel was very clean with a comfortable bed. We went just after labor day so it was very quiet and relaxing. The entire area was wonderful

The room wasn’t on the beach like I thought it was going to be, and the room was very small compared to the pictures, it didn’t have a table and chairs, it had one bedside table and one chair

- We had a 3-night stay and were asked to change rooms for the last night the reason given for which was that another party would be staying there who booked 2 nights. This did not make sense at all since they could have directly moved the new guests to the other fresh room directly where we were made to shift. This made things a bit sour. Also, since it was a non-refundable booking, we were basically told to do this rather being asked. Given a choice, we would have canceled in the first place. - The new room we were moved into for the last night was even smaller. Pictures attached for the two, though same pricing and information - Extremely cramped rooms with a motel like feel - Overpriced during high season due to it's sheer location - Uncomfortable beds - No place to hang clothes except on hooks behind the door and a makeshift flimsy wall hanging arrangement - No food or breakfast options inside the Inn - Cramped parking spaces - 1000s of room/property rules some of which make me wonder if the owner is somewhat paranoid, for example a $50 fee for rearranging anything inside the room... hilarious

Booking.com stated early arrival request (11am) was accepted. In fact the hotel was not aware of request. They did the best they could with a 1 pm checkin. Queen beds very small in room #1 -

The distance from the pier was further than I would have liked. Mattress and pillows could have been more comfortable.

Being located on the beach was amazing. We were able to watch the sunrise and lounge on the beach a little past check out time. We thought the facilities were clean and fresh.

Had a great few day getaway and first time stay at Abellona Inn & Suites. My family and I had a great experience. Loved the location, right on the beach but in a quieter area than right next to the pier. Clean accommodations and friendly staff. Also within walking distance to the pier and amusement park and various restaurants, etc. Got some great sunrise photos on the beach! Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to get back next summer! Tara

Bed frames are steel and stick out from under mattress constantly cracking our shins , room set up a bit odd and nowhere to rinse your feet coming in from the beach. I understand we are at a beach no closet sr place to hang close. There were command strip hooks which came off the wall when hanging things

Futon is not conducive to sleeping or watching TV on. Air conditioning was very loud, beds was uncomfortable and round, very strange. Both my wife and I are handicapped and didn't sleep. Price was quite hefty after tax and booking charges. Still don't know what the extra 220.00 US dollars was for.
