I did not like being on the top floor too many stairs but I loved the room so it was nit too bad

We had a little issue with the sink, but it was addressed and repaired within 30 minutes. So really no complaint.

We loved the friendly atmosphere as well as the location on the river. Pet friendly plenty of room for dog to play and enjoy the river on leash. Watching the tubers from the swings and meeting new friends was entertaining as well as relaxing. Breakfast and coffee was also a plus. Not having to rush out. Ms. Laurie and the entire staff was kind and uplifting as well. It was a little walk to places but so worth the relaxation.

The room's air conditioning wasn't working properly Extra blankets would be nice to have. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious, but there was no space at the sinks to place extra items.

Location was perfect. It was great that you could just sit by the river Or walk up the road to the restaurants in the shops But yet it’s still felt Private being at the end of that small road If ever we go back, we will definitely stay there

We really loved everything- the only suggestion we can think of is maybe a walking path(like a mulched walkway) from the cabins to the parking lot for breakfast so you aren’t walking through wet grass.

This property’s location can’t be beat. Right along the river and easy walk to downtown Helen.

Everything was wonderful; nothing bad to say at all. Goodness, I don't have anything bad to say. We like everything about the place, especally the price. You can actually bring you family here and you pup without breaking your bank account.

Location was awesome, we could walk to everything and the motel was right on the water; it was so nice and they had swings you could sit on and watch people go tubing and fishing. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

Love that it was right on the river, I had nice porch swings on the side for you to be able to sit and watch and enjoy the tubers coming down the river. Great location for walking to get to the shops. It was really nice check out was 11 but you were allowed to stay parked at the hotel until midnight without having to go find somewhere to park to enjoy walking through the town before leaving. Room was really clean and updated. Had plenty of channels to watch on TV after spending the evening in town.

We could hear the people in the room above us walking around & at times it was very annoying. We could also hear the vehicles in the parking lot & the motors (& motorcycles) being revved up was not pleasant 1st thing in the morning.

The location was perfect, in the middle of everything & right on the river, so it still felt secluded. Comfy bed. The staff was nice & helpful. The room was clean & spacious (it had a musty smell when we 1st arrived, probably because it was right next to the river, but we lit a scented candle & that helped)

The only complaint would be the steps but when we checked in the lady did try to get us a ground floor room. Next time we will request ground floor when we make reservations.
