There's nothing I like to be done that would be resolved

Room (317)..i have a autistic kid. It was his birthday and mines.. he can sleep without warm milk.. i had to run out and buy a microwave. Did not say no microwave. And i had to sleep on a blanket that was dirty and had alot of blood spots they couldn't give me a cleaner one til the next day. Old lady on the front desk bad attitude.👎🏽

Staff was a bit rude, acted put out when asked a simple question, was short and curt with answering in a condescending, snide tone. Not very clean. Loose trash everywhere.

How most of the staff could not communicate because they spoke a different language. And I found a roach in the bathroom and it was 1970 look.

The lady at the front desk was rude. We paid good money to stay here to only be treated very poorly. Roaches in the room. We will never be back.

the heat in my first room did not work, so they moved me to another room and the heat still didnt work.

Bug's in the room, laundry room the bed is uncomfortable, no vending, the ice maker on our floor didn't work and the stairs smelled like a homeless person stays there, trash I told the Clark about it and it remained there a few more days. The elevator hasn't been cleaned in a long time.

the room didn’t have a microwave, and me and my boyfriend where ever we go we hook up the PlayStation to the television, and never have an issue and the staff was very rude telling us that we aren’t suppose to be hooking anything up to the tv. if I’m paying to stay here I can and should be able to do as I please. Also there was a smoke smell coming through the room whenever someone smoked outside and I had children in the room with me (3 and 1 years old)

They got roaches!!!! From day 1 when I arrived we saw a roach on the nightstand and then 2 in the bathroom… it was a bit much for me as I don’t have roaches in my own home and now I’m paying to stay for filth. Roaches carry disease!!!!! It just sucks they have roaches because the price and location is super ideal. They should shut it down and treat the entire building.

The location is amazing!!!!! We only had to drive our entire stay when we wanted to go to city walk or downtown!! They were both a very short distance from the hotel. The staff was accommodating when we wanted to change our room to the front side of the hotel for a better view of the Ferris wheel. The shower was hot hot, they could do better with the pressure and our room was standard clean. Staff was pretty cool

Charge in advance which isn't no prepayment. Also odd they have a day limit 21 when they have no customers. Also weed piped in through vents, not sure they know.

one elevator didn’t work so we used stairs but it was super stinky and dirty.

It’s located in front of the Orlando eye. and it was possible to late checkout.

The stairs smell of pee. There was a person with all their belongings sleeping in the stair well. The police were always present and no microwave people blasting music from their cars. Ppl running back and forth down the hall. To top it off smells like weed. Would not stay again
