Room wasn't what I consider a suite. TV was difficult to find anything.

No service to rooms. You had to take dirty towels, rags, etc to front desk for them to swap with new ones. There was a day we went to the beach early, came back and got in the pool, and wanted to shower and head to dinner. Around 4, I went to swap out towels and they told me I had to leave my room number and they would text when towels were available. As I walked back I pasted a room service cart and could see clean towels on the cart, so I asked the lady if I could get just 2 towels and she told me there were none available and I would have to put my name on the list and wait for a text message.

Overall stay was very good. Priced very well, staff was nice, hotel and room were clean, walking distance from beach and shops.

Pillows weren't great and bathroom was a little outdated. Walls are thin.

The hot water heater went out during my stay, but it was fixed promptly. The tub could use some attention as it was previously damaged and aged. There seemed to be very limited extra towels for exchange.

The price was excellent for my stay. It was close to the event I was attending and access to food and the beach were excellent.

It was raining when we arrived. An overhang to pull the car under to unload would have been nice to have.

The entire facility was very nice. Great room overlooking the water, beautiful scenery. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The location was very close to the beach and popular restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The only thing was the carpet in room needed cleaning or removed to replace with tile. Rest of room was great and clean and no bugs.

We were there on a fishing trip and it couldn't have been a more perfect place to stay. Everything as far as the room, was excellent. I look forward to returning in the very near future. I especially like that anything that you might need is all within a quarter of a mile. Awesome!!!

Picture of the dock and out back was misleading. Pool was so small. Dock was missing most of the boards. No fishing on property. Could not use dock.

I called a week prior to our reservation to ensure my husband and kids would be able to check in the room before me as I was traveling separately and we all would be arriving late i wanted them to be able to check in and unpack as we were going to be tired and ready to relax. After the front desk lady working Saturday May11th around 8:30 pm swiped our card for over $300 for 2 nights she made my husband aware that I would have to find parking elsewhere as my vehicle would be towed not might be towed WOULD BE if I parked in their lot. So when I arrived well after 9pm I have to find a place to park that's across a 4 lane highway in the dark with our other child to then walk the rest of the way to find the hotel and our room. So each morning of our stay the next being MOTHERS DAY!! I wake up and cross this highway and make sure #1 my car hasn't been towed and #2 it hasn't been vandalized. So the relaxing trip I intended for my family was not possible because I woke up and went to sleep each night worried I was going to wake up to my vehicle damaged or gone. This information should have been shared the week prior when I called and made them aware we were traveling separate so when I check out the question is how was your stay? I said definitely not the relaxed weekend I planned I've had nothing but anxiety each day worried my car was going to be gone or damaged and had to cross this highway each morning with my kids to check on it when there has been several parking spots in the lot each night. Again same lady who was so rude to my husband at check in days prior starts getting defensive with me as I reminded her she asked me how my stay was and I answered honestly.

We always enjoy it here we have spent several weekends at palm suits. This however is the first time the staff has been so unexpectedly rude.

The room definitely needs some updating, some new paint would go along way as well. looked very worn. The couch was stained alot and bathroom was run down. The kitchen table was missing 2 stools to sit on and the patio had no chairs where as other rooms had chairs on the patio.

Our room was outdated. Not the properties fault more of the ind owner. Should be hard floor rather than carpet. Our chairs on the balcony could not be used as they were so rusted they were broken at the rust spots. We were very disappointed in that as that was our main reason to get a room facing the sound. The balcony could use a good power wash.

Great price. Great views over the sound. Pool is nice. Staff helped with an issue the booking.com caused.

I stay for 5 days each day I changed rooms out of the 4 rooms I stay only one was not an example of the other very well-kept room especially the bed it suck down in the middle but overall, I would tell others and I would stay again. I can't forget to tell who the best was multitask Manger with a true meaning of making sure you are well taking care of LYNNE thank you for everything and I wanted You to Know that you are GOAT at Palm Suits.

wish the view was a little better. From the rooms on the back side have a great view. The little boardwalk was adorable. I really did not dislike anything about it.

the location was wonderful. we walked to the beach and restaurants. It was only a short drive to the prier and the fort. It was very quite during our stay. The room was very clean and cute. I will most certainly book there again.
