Room had dust behind the bedside tables. The body wash actually became all used up, which signified to me that it was never refilled during our weeklong stay. One staff did not take out the bottles and cans on our table underneath the TV when it was clearly suggested to the staff that they should take those, it's just not right to put them in the trash. Hawaii actually surprised me with the lack of recycling. The coffee machine being out of order one day was a bummer but that impacted my stay minimally. The fact the machine takes so long for Americanos is a pain though.

I think Park Shore does an amazing job and maximizing its location and being a very good value-for-what's received. The rooms were comfortable. The bed and pillows were nice. The staff were quite amazing. Travis was always friendly and ensured my stay was well met. He was sincere and welcoming. It was a pleasure being at the Park Shore. We were given a fantastic view and a lovely suite. Staff allowed us to store our bags after checkout. Staff ensured our needs were met. Staff never came across to me as unhelpful or condescending, which is a rarity today believe it or not. The room's amenities were nice enough. The location of the hotel is the best. It's better to be at the end of the beach hotel block than in the thick of it, in my opinion. The pool was clean and so too was the atmosphere. The daily deal with the chair/paddleboard rental place was also a massive bonus. The discount at LuLu's also went a long way. The sheets and towels were nicely replaced and one employee even went above and beyond and organized our shoes nicely. Another employee did not but that's ok. The fitness center was new but limited. You can make do with it. Hard to do much more with that limited space but I'd say you should have some sort of chin up bar possible.

Although on re-examination, the daily parking chart charge is down in the very fine print of the Booking.com listing for the hotel, I do not believe it is very obvious and the cost at the valet stand was not posted that I saw. $50 a day is *obscene* in my opinion, especially after what you pay for the rooms on Waikiki, which of course are pretty high. Be very careful about parking charges with any hotel on Waikiki and be absolutely sure you understand what they are, I did not get a clear cost from the valet, even when I asked.

Everything but the parking charge (which is obscene IMHO), the location is fantastic.

Wish they had a shuttle but uber worked just fine and it was only like 20 bucks to get us to airport.

The view from my room was fantastic and being so close to the beach was great. The hotel was located in a great spot and close to great restaurants and shopping and obviously the beach.

Shower poles were dirty and had stains same with the towel hangers, curtains seem cheap and water flows out, elevator bugged out and portion of stairs were blocked off l.

The location of the property, how friendly and helpful the staff was towards us the availability of all the stuff we needed.

Location of Hotel. Directly across the street from the beach. Partial view of beach. We enjoyed having coffee on the Balcony and taking in the view. Complementary beach chairs for use, other beach amenities available at reasonable rental fee.

Not double glazed so you get abit of noise, but not enough to make me stay elsewhere. Aircon to noisy to leave on all night.

Handy to everything, bed extremely comfortable. Got checked in early which is appreciated Lovely staff. Loved being able to make our own coffee with jug !

There weren't enough towels for 2 people. We had to ask a couple of times to provide us with more clean towels. Also, the cleaning staff skipped changing one bed because some personnel items were on it, unlike other hotels where all beds were tidied up regardless of personnel items left on the beds.

The cleanness, location, and service are excellent. The location is superb with many exciting destinations nearby.

A/C was ok but turned off in the middle of the night had to get out of bed and touch the thermostat for it to kick in. Also it felt wet in the room as if they were pumping water into the vent.

This didn’t bother us but it may for some people, the rooms aren’t serviced daily but you can request anything you need.

This is our 5th stay at the Park Shore so that pretty much says it all! We love staying here, great location at the quieter end of Waikiki. We also loved Lulu’s and the added 10% discount was great! Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfy, great view from our partial ocean view room.

When we arrived, the shower body wash that’s supplied was completely empty, we had a lamp not working/needed a lightbulb, and the fridge was broken. They were quick to get maintenance in and fix all this but it should have been checked .

The location was perfect - one min walk to the beach and we were able to get complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. The view was amazing!

The room lacked facilities and the hotel was very noisy on our floor. Our room was opposite the other tower and there were people calling out to each other on balconies constantly.

The location was brilliant, definitely the best beach at this end of Waikīkī. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room has a moisture/ moldy smell. It had dust on furniture, like on the bed frame. Absolutely dirty curtains and drapes, blackened by dust. The stainless steel bars in the bathroom were rusty. The terrace furniture and railing unwashed in months.

The view of the ocean and Diamond head is amazing! We enjoyed our stay, the room is a nice size, and the bed is comfortable. Staff is mostly friendly. I loved the coffee corner in the morning until the machine broke down and 3 days later was still off. I would recommend a higher floor as you can hear a lot of traffic noise on the 4th floor. In 2019, they redid only the lobby and pool area. I would love to return after a refurbishment of the rooms and a better housekeeping.

Cleanliness: the room was dusty, the bathroom was clean very poorly (the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned and there was urine smell all the time). And it was never cleaned though. Clogged drain in the sink. Outdated bathrooms with no fan. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. If you sleep on a firm mattress, these will be your nightmare. Beach towels are with old red/orange stains. There was no issues with replacing them though.

The location! This is the major advantage of the place. The ocean views are incredible. But be advised that with that comes a noise. Great service- everyone was nice and helped out with any questions or requests we had.
